HMP | Episode 11 | #FREEHAITI
After an unplanned break, the HMP crew is back with episode 11. A lot happened but one topic was a MUST to discuss. #FREEHAITI: The hashtag was born out of collective frustration and helplessness, springing to life in a shocking act of violence: a botched raid on a gang stronghold in a Port-au-Prince neighbourhood that left at least four Haitian police officers dead, another missing, and their armed vehicles and high-caliber automatic weapons seized. The crew did not simply want to chat from their perspectives so they invited Pablo JeanBaptist, the host of HMI Live who has been following the situation developing in Haiti closely to shed light on what is happening. This episode is not full of jokes and relatable Haitian Millennial stories per usual, but it is rich with a conversation much needed for our generation of Haitian Americans. Hope you enjoy it and kindly share your thoughts with us on our Instagram @HatianMlillennialPodcast .

Happy Thanksgiving from our family to yours.
HMP | Episode 6 "Fête Turkey" | Happy Thanksgiving
This is a bit unusual as we drop our podcast on every other Tuesdays. However, the crew wanted to truly give thanks to everyone who have supported the journey thus far. The crew also wanted to truly appreciate each other. Given the fact that today's episode drops on on Thanksgiving, the crew talked about what they are thankful for and they get into their first impressions upon meeting one another. This episode is also ground breaking! The podcast had their first official guest. Dj Squall stopped by and told us who he is in very few words. Although, he did not speak much, he left us with the Haitian Millennial Mix Volume 1, A mix that truly embodies the music journey of a Haitian Millennial in America. The mix has old school R&B, Konpa, Soca and today's hip hop! We look forward to you response to this episode and ask that you share this with a Haitian Millennial. Happy Thanksgiving from our family to yours.

HMP Episode 5 | "Zanmi" Friends | Location Episode | Island Taste, Orlando
Hello HMP family! Today's episode takes place at a local restaurant in Orlando, FL. We apologize for the background noise in advance but we wanted to switch it up. Our goal is to be on location every 5th episode. If you have a place or any suggested location, do not hesitate to DM us to let us know. In this episode, we discussed "zanmi" or friends in English. The pod starts with a bit of Enposib appreciation, then we get into how everyone is currently doing. We then transitioned into a bit of a Thanksgiving celebration in the Haitian household, and the conversation about having beets in your potato salad got a little heated. We talked about the first friend Leona, Gigi and Marc brought home and how did the parents take it. Lastly, we dived into the biggest question "what good things happen in the club?" were our parents right for telling us to stay out of the club scene? Listen and let us know what you think! Remember, we are on IG @Thehaitianmillennialpodcast. See you all in the next episode, thank you for listening.
HMP Episode 4 "God's Gift"
The crew is super hyped for Episode 4! They discuss post Halloween and the beginning of "Cuffing season". Then, the pod got a bit serious as they dive in and talk about family business from a source they deemed credible. Lastly, the crew ended all rumors circulating about Celine D. We hope you enjoy this episode and we sincerely thank you for listening.
