Justin Guy is an urban farmer in Fontana California. He allowed me to tour his grow op so this episode was on location. We talked about starting a side hustle and what led him to start this op. He breaks down why these freshest of the fresh greens have so much more of a flavor profile that the stuff you would normally get at the grocery store.
