To live a VIBRANT life you must be mobile 👍🏽 My hip pain was really limiting me, so I’m sharing my experience as I recover from my hip replacement surgery. I get up and walk at least once an hour. 2 hours during the night ✅ The longer between walking 🚶🏽♂️ episodes the stiffer and more painful it is.
