I am Maria C. Krause, Mindset & Business Mentor. I also have an online magazine and another podcast, Unchain Your Inner Strength. I love helping entrepreneurs on the first steps of their journey. As an entrepreneur who has been helping and empowering women for the last 2 1/2 years, i know how overwhelming, exciting and also challenging can be at the start of your business journey.

I started this podcast to share what I help my clients with with everyting I have learned and experienced so far on my business journey, that way they can start building businesses that they love, using tools and strategies that work best for them.

In this episode I Talk about Facebook groups, should you start one for your business? 

Some coaches will tell you that the only way to bring your tribe together is through a Facebook group but the truth is that certain things work for some people and some don't. You have to find what works best for you, what is aligned to your energy and what you want to create for your business.

I personally don't use Facebook groups for my own business and I still have a successful and thriving business. In this episode I share why and how you can use other platforms to share value and gather your tribe.

How many times have you  come across one of those motivational most that say something like "WORK HARDER GIRL!", OR "THE HARDER YOU WORK, THE BETTER THE RESULTS!"...And so on, and so on... I think those two words shouldn't go together at all when you're following your passion.

Creating a soul based business should come from the heart, with passion; that's what you want to inspire others to do, not sweat, tears, frustration and quitting their business. In this episode I share openly and honestly why I took six months off from my business, crashed, burned and build myself up again to follow my passion and have fun with what I do.

Is it a word? Is it a feeling? Is it a state of mind? How do find ourselves and who we really are?

A couple of days ago, I asked my sister this question: How would you define your authentic self? And she went silent for a while, to the point that it got uncomfortable.. So she asked me to go first, and at first I wasn't sure what words to use, so I started describing my qualities and then A-ha moment, I remember who my authentic self is before someone told me I shouldn't be or couldn't be that person.
