hello welcome to broken and beautiful a Kenyan based podcast. Am your host Ms.kioko. This platform is all about faith and mental health. It has two segments a guest segment and story/therapeutic segment. the guest segment on our show aims at telling African stories and gaining insights from experts on various topics affecting the youth. on the other segment i talk about my stories to help encourage a soul reminding them its possible to make it on the other side. what impact has your guardian had on your life? well good or bad we ought to share the love and kindness regardless. people may forget what you did to them but never forget how you made them feel. spread the love, correct with love too. tough love is good but be a blessing everywhere you go.  

growing up we end up with different events that end up putting permanent scars on us regardless of the healing process. fight for yourself and for your loved ones. for they never leave your sight on rainy or sunny days. be encouraged always.
