   Slam the Gavel welcomes filmmaker, Ginger Gentile to the podcast. Ginger is a filmmaker, speaker and coach. Ginger is passionate about using her skills to help people and make a difference in this world. Educating, raising awareness, Ginger has used story telling  to inspire others. Committed to helping families heal through and after divorce and trauma, Ginger has appeared on Red Table Talk, Bravo, SXSW, NBC and other podcasts. Since "Erasing Family," came out in 2020 (can be found free on YouTube). Ginger has dealt with high conflict divorce, trauma and  Parental Alienation. 
     Her first film, "Erasing Dad," in 2014 was censored in Argentina, making front page news as well as forcing her to leave the country. Fathers suddenly came out of nowhere to talk about how they couldn't see their kids. At that time, in Argentina, mothers primarily had full custody. After her film came out, Argentina has  since changed the law, allowing joint custody and no more gender bias in the law. 
     Ginger came back to the U.S. and found that a lot of mothers couldn't see their kids and that's it's more about money. The kids themselves, as young as seven were on social media talking about how they couldn't see a parent or a sibling. This is when Ginger made the film, "Erasing Families." It is a powerful film that does show happy endings.      Since "Erasing Family," came out in 2020 (can be found free on YouTube).  
     Parents started contacting Ginger asking for help. Ginger began transitioning out of filming and has trained with Bill Eddy at the High Conflict Institute and is working with the worse cases of divorce and Parental Alienation. Ginger has dealt with and is helping  parents who are suffering through high conflict divorce, trauma and Parental Alienation.  
     Ginger explains her how her coaching is helping others and  offers the advice that it's never too early to get help and changing the communication style with the co-parent is helpful. Ginger also offered how she has reunited parents with their children.

     Evelyn is amplifying the voices of survivors by organizing press conferences to advocate for their rights in a public forum.  Slam the Gavel podcast welcomes back Brian Vukadinovich to the podcast.  Brian is the author of Motion for Justice: I Rest My Case and Rogues in Black Robes. Brian was last on the podcast Season 4, Episodes 69, 99 and 119 and Season 5, Episodes 13, 37, 44 and 74. Brian is representing himself and is battling lawyers from 3 DIFFERENT STATES (New York, Chicago and Indiana) in the case.  Recently, there was a hearing in the federal court and Brian tried to get the judge to take JUDICIAL NOTICE of a PERJURED AFFIDAVIT that the New York lawyer, Justin M. Ellis, signed under penalty of perjury.  The judge, after rethinking things over DECIDED TO ADMIT THE DOCUMENT into the record, and that's when it hit the fan: when the New York Lawyer started to WHINE and BACKPEDAL, trying to cover the perjury.
       HOWEVER, magistrate judge, Joshua Kolar, has been accepted to be a federal court of appeals judge at the U.S. Court of Appeals in Chicago, the SAME COURT that Posner was at.  Brian gave us updates on his case and now that the case is back in Judge Theresa L. Springmann's hands.  Brian is hoping she will do the right thing and allow not only Discovery, but a FAIR TRIAL. We discussed the letter Attorney Justin M. Ellis has written to the judge to "help bring the case to a swift end......" God is watching.

   Slam the Gavel podcast welcomes Danielle Sather Miller back to the Podcast, Season 5; Episode 69. So glad to have met her on TikTok. Danielle has been a victim of Parental Alienation and hasn't seen her boys in the last 8 years and that was when they were 4, 6 and 8. They are now at the ages of 13, 15 and 17 years of age and Danielle misses them and wonders if they think of her. What happened to Danielle can happen to ANYONE.
    Apparently some people were irritated that Danielle was on the last podcast. She spoke about how they told her she was an embarrassment and one of her children told her that he didn't want to see her again. Anything about Danielle enrages them. The infliction of psychological child abuse and coercive control on the children is so destructive to their mindset and will affect them for the rest of their lives, as well as they are being taught to fear and hate their own mother. Frederick Douglas stated, "It's easier to build strong children than to repair broken men." Anything about Danielle enrages them. 
    Danielle talked about being in a group, South Carolina Corrupt Courts and how everyone supports each other.  We discussed keeping busy and how to channel your energy into "court watching" and other positive hobbies such as "canning."

    Slam the Gavel welcomes Autumn Mattox to the podcast. Autumn  Mattox is a Victim Advocate on a volunteer basis since 2015. Autumn talked about being a victim herself of electronic harassment. Autumn explained how this was used this on her, and she recommended going on TikTok and looking up Dr. Lighthouse who details this. This also involves AI. Although not government based, electronic harassment and gang stalking could be used through religions (for persecution)  or criminal organizations. After going through this, Autumn had been traumatized and turned her life around and has been helping others, hearing their stories and to make sense of what they didn't understand.
     We discussed the targeting of Judge Mary Elizabeth Bullock in detail. Autumn and Judge Mary Elizabeth Bullock became friends in November. Talking to Mary every day,  months had gone by, but one day, Autumn didn't hear from Judge Mary Elizabeth. This concerned Autumn. Autumn left Texas and came to California to check on her only to find that someone had redirected all her medication, had hacked into all her bank accounts and froze them as well and someone had bought rollerblades (Mary is blind, has Lupus and has MS). Every day there were charges going through her account. Autumn thought it had to do with the gang stalking she was dealing with in Texas. Judge Mary Elizabeth's insurance went from $165.00 per month to $5,000.00 per month for a retired federal employee. The evidence was posted on LinkedIn. These crimes must stop.

The last time he was on the podcast we discussed the effects of girls maturing faster than boys and the role of patriarchy in the film, Barbie.
     Today we discussed why we do not know about Female Power or Female Power equal partnership and why are we so blind to this? On an intuitive level it is believed females have a force of influence in everything. Men don't want to hear about female power or their own vulnerability to it and women don't want to hear about Female Power either. There is a well of insecurity and men and women cling to what they have. We talked about the specter of "blame" and "accountability," in depth.
     Both sexes have a choice and are responsible for the outcome. Accountability tastes bad, but it is good for us, but both sexes want to evade accountability. It's where the ego's are invested. We talked about the Salem Witch Trials where females turned on females. Intrasex hostility was discussed the issue where men's hostility toward other men and women's hostility toward other women. 
     If women are equal partner in the human systems she is equal partner in crime as well. Women have a lot of influence and men and women are equal partners in the human systems and equal role of forces of influence and equally responsible for   outcomes. that's how Gender Equalists look at it.

 Slam the Gavel welcomes Bea Rivera, James, Jeana and Kelly Patton to the podcast. Kelly Patton was last on the podcast Season 4; Episode124, 146 and 151 and was recently featured in the book Raised by These Wolves, How Family and Federal Courts are Failing Our Children.
     All guests came on the podcast to warn others of the mishaps that had happened in their cases involving the loss of their children, the dangers of CPS involvement and Child Support. 
     Foster care statistics were discussed as well and what can happen when a child is trafficked through Foster Care via the "Family Court." These children are forced into  another living arrangement with an exploitative person and these children are being told that their parents gave them away, their parents don't want them or their parents won't comply whatever they need to say to make the child feel abandoned. There are a lot of families being exploited and retaliated on. 
     This is the federal funding that is driving the exploitation of families whether it's Child Support: Title IV-D, Foster Care placement: Title IV- E and we are now seeing the incentivization of children and families and there is no remedy, nothing that can stop the egregious exploitation and the harm it is doing to children. 70% of missing children came from Foster Care,  the majority of child sex trafficking comes from Foster Care, this is the most DANGER A CHILD WILL FACE IN AMERICA. Parents are wondering where their children are and if they are alive. Biological parents can't find their children but child traffickers have no problem finding those children.

     Slam the Gavel welcomes back Joan Kloth-Zanard to the podcast. Joan was last on Season 4; Episodes 6, 52 and 72. Presently, Joan runs and manages a non-profit with over 50 chapters around the world. This 501 (c) (3) is an international non-profit organization for the Prevention, Intervention and Support of Survivors of abuse (www.pasintervention.com). Part of this work includes running online support groups for these SURVIVORS of ABUSE and in particular Psychological Abuse since 1998. 
    Joan has reached out to the ADA organizations nationally and their words to Joan was that it was an "EPIDEMIC." If you are disabled, THEY DON'T CARE. In cases where the person has ADA accommodations, the judge can/will decide they are incompetent and without an evidentiary hearing and violate the person's rights. They can be allowed to either fire their attorney and self represent, or put on to assist their attorney. This is a FIRST AMENDMENT CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT VIOLATION. 
    Joan has seen parents so traumatized and their PTSD, stress and anxiety being off the charts because it's their case and being treated horribly in the courts, being attacked from every direction and being yelled at. Most of these cases do not belong in a courtroom. There should be a mediation process. 
    The courts make an ADA Advocate register who they are in support of that individual. This is a private thing. ADA records are supposed to be sealed with the courts as well as the ADVOCATE. If there is a physical or mental health issue going on and they should be in therapy for all of this so we can have empathy for each other. We need to learn differently. Show the kids by example so they can learn what empathy is.

    Slam the Gavel welcomes Dr. Robert Bauchwitz. Dr. Bauchwitz is a consultant in evidentiary audit and a university lecturer in biology. He has a long background as a scientist handling data and evaluating evidence. In addition, he has been trained and certified as a fraud examiner. He has also been the plaintiff-relator in a federal False Claims Act science fraud case. Dr. Bauchwitz has also personally  experienced the serious misconduct that seems to run rampant in the U.S. family courts today.
     Dr. Bauchwitz learned an important lesson in graduate school and that was that science was not always an ivory tower of discipline conducted by people devoted to the integrity of the data they were producing. However it was a "business," conducted by people who were self-centered, miserable and very willing to cheat to survive whilst making a large amount of money. 
     This experience eventually led him to work with the federal government to try to recover grant funds, which had been obtained under false pretenses, based on fabricated and falsified data submitted by scientists at Cornell University and Thomas Jefferson University.
     During the federal case, Dr. Bauchwitz began his training as a fraud investigator, and just after the case, he also obtained training as a paralegal, specializing in litigation. Most importantly, his experience with the science fraud case led him in 2011 to start his  own fraud investigation firm, Amerandus Research. It was initially geared towards helping whistleblowers and their attorneys investigate their legal cases and keep their communications secure. But as time went on, he found that providing career rehabilitation services was also very important to whistleblowers.
     Although Dr. Bauchwitz never envisioned ending up in family court, it was through his more recent experience in that arena that he feels himself being transformed into a whistleblower again. Dr. Bauchwitz spoke of his own family court journey and what he and others are trying to do to improve the widely appreciated problems of corruption in the courts.

   Slam the Gavel podcast welcomes back Natalia Dalton. Natalia was last on the podcast Season 3; Episodes 26 and 144. Natalia gave updates on her case and discussed her child support enforcement hearing, where Judge Sotelo was willing to hear what had gone wrong, but Natalia's "public defender" told the judge that they can't fix her arrears, as it was in the Virginia laws. The judge listened to the "public defender." 
     Natalia had done a FOIA request from the Child Support Enforcement Office, and they gave her very little information.  Natalia has proof that back in 2014, she was not at a hearing where the father gave the court her income and therefore the court gave her a figure she could never make and she was never full-time. 
    Natalia hasn't seen her son in years, as the father makes it "difficult" when he picks supervisors and then declines them, so Natalia can't use them so she can see her son.  Her "public defender," told Natalia at this hearing to not tell the judge she has not seen her son and that they would take back some of the questions Natalia asked in Discovery. However, the father doesn't comply with the discovery, and the courts allow his erratic behavior especially when he asks the court to put her in jail for one year or pay $23,000.00 in arrears. The court tossed that aside and reduced part of her support, and gave her a restricted driver's license. 
     Since when does a judge entertain a "public defender" telling him what the law is, when he was wanting to hear what this mother has to say? He also needs to know that the father is not allowing the mother contact with her son.

    Slam the Gavel welcomes Sean Keenan to the podcast. He is a husband and father of two teenage children living in Connecticut. His experience in family court is not unique, as PERJURY and FALSE ACCUSATIONS as well as EXTORTION in the form of LIFE - TIME ALIMONY are ACCEPTED; NO QUESTIONS ASKED.
     Sean's divorce case has been ongoing since he filed for divorce in 2010 and it is still a very active and contested case. Sean has suffered through false sexual abuse allegations made by the mother AFTER he filed for divorce as well as other false criminal charges made by the mother. However, Mother "recanted her accusations" at trial as they were contradictory and unsubstantiated by MULTIPLE DCF investigations with no accountability AT TAXPAYER EXPENSE, along with GAL, Sharon Dornfeld and her antics.
     The EXTORTION began when the judge AWARDED Sean's ex LIFE-TIME ALIMONY only after being married 3.5 years based on her STILL unsubstantiated claim that she had terminal "brain cancer" that has been ongoing for the last 20 years. She claims if she goes to work, she will get a headache.
     Sean has spent 12 years trying to protect the kids from their unfit and abusive mother, and the DCF report substantiated that the children had been seriously abused by their mother. But in 'Family Court,' judge, Judge Winslow, would not let DCF testify. Even though DCF took the case of abuse to Juvenile Court, it was shut down because the judge told the Juvenile Court judge to not hear it. DCF gave the kids to Sean.
    'Family Court' is still 100% backing the mother by a female judge. This judge has debilitated Sean and his family with PUNITIVE alimony, threatening mandated reunification  and EXCLUDING EVIDENCE of the mother's abuse. ALSO, the judge ruled that Sean doesn't need to know where the mother is, but still has to keep paying the ALIMONY.
      Sean encourages others to seek support from others and that people need moral support. Also parents should write letters to legislation and continue to write complaints not only to the judicial board but to the Bar in CT.

    Slam the Gavel welcomes back Emanuel Shetler to the podcast. Emanuel was last on the podcast Season 4; Episodes 17 and 117.  Emanuel had left the Amish culture back in 2018. That's the only thing he did and now he's PAYING FOR IT. He had wanted a better life and he had asked his wife to leave the Amish community with him however, she refused.  This started a chain of events in his life of harassment  and manipulation, deception and ultimately Parental Alienation from his five children.
     Today we discussed the educational level of Amish children. They are equivilently at a 3rd grade READING LEVEL EDUCATION, not the 8th grade READING LEVEL as they LEAD THE PUBLIC TO BELIEVE. Emanuel explained the SLAVE LABOR that starts at an early age for children. They are put into the AMISH WORKFORCE at the age of 8 to 9 years of age within this CULT. Emanuel stated that as soon as they can walk, they are put into working the farms and saw mills. Chores is a "different term" in the Amish world. "This is hard labor," Emanuel stated. 
     Amish parents strive to keep the children in the Amish CULT, because the more kids the Amish have, when the kids work, the parents COLLECT ALL THE MONEY EARNED by their children without paying TAXES. That's why they have large families, like "retirement accounts." Emanuel figured that from the ages of 13 - 14 years of age to 21, he had earned "at the low end," approximately $250,000.00. Emanuel never saw a penny. Amish children HAVE NO RIGHTS. This is CHILD TRAFFICKING.
    Emanuel went on to say that the Amish treat their animals very badly. At the level the Amish treat their animals is how they treat their children AND one another, so animals are lowered to another level; if they can't MAKE MONEY, THEY ARE OF NO USE TO THEM. Emanuel went on to describe how the Amish PARTICIPATE in beastiality. Unfortunately, it is very commonplace within the Amish communities.
     He went on to explain that they keep members in this CULT by telling them that if they are questioning the church/CULT, "you were DEEMED to go to Hell. If this is questioned by a member, they are told, 'This is the way it's always been.'"

 Slam the Gavel welcomes back Connie Reguli to the podcast. Connie was last on Season 2; Episode 98 and Season 3; Episodes 63, 70, 77 and 89. Today we discussed the Family Rights and Responsibility Act that has passed through the Senate in Tennessee. If this bill passes it has the potential to sweep through this nation, stripping parents of their parental rights via teachers, CPS and/or Department of Health.
     Connie has served as an attorney for three decades throughout Tennessee and helped parents fighting for their rights and defending parents against their own government. Connie was retaliated against severely and the whole system turned against her, concocting a fake crime for strongly defending a parent. When attorneys stand up, they get BRUTALIZED. 
     There were CPS bills that came up this year and Connie went in to speak against these bills, all got passed in the House and Senate. Within one of those bills was Reverse The Standard of Proof For Parents: that if a court found that child had been severely abused (terms used loosely), the child could not return to a parent unless the court excluded the parent by clear and convincing evidence  as a perpetrator, or any other person - grandmother or anybody. CONSTITUTIONAL VIOLATION. 
    Within the  bill was that if  the state can put on proof by an expert that the child and the expert can reasonably "predict" that the child is going to suffer from a severe psychological event such as anxiety or depression then that is severe abuse, and the parent can't see the child. You can't predict that they are going to have injury in the future. Termination of a parent's rights should NEVER occur over MONEY.
      We discussed the bill (TN, 2024 SB2749) " Family Rights and Responsibilities Act."  It has already passed through the Senate Committee in TN. WHAT IS A PARENT?  Within  this Bill, is the way the state will define a parent. A parent is a biological, legal or adoptive parent OR an individual who has been granted decision-making authority over the child under state law. Here are parental rights: direct upbringing of the child, moral and religious training, make medical, gender and mental health decisions, to access medical records, educational records etc.. Even a non parent can make decisions for the child. They have defined decision making authority which is GRANTED BY THE STATE. We are damaging OUR rights, not ADDING to them. BAD NEWS. Also, ANY branch, agency or commission or instrumentality of the state government: so the literal reading of this is that a teacher can grant decision-making authority.......This is making our children a commodity. This will get through the House Committee

     Slam the Gavel welcomes back Angel Law to the podcast. She was last on Season 3; Episodes 107, 146 and 166.  Angel discussed the recent award of 21.3 Million in damages in a Colorado custody dispute that involved false child abuse allegations by the ex-husband (please see article by Chris Osher, https://gazette.com). However, there were no repercussions or accountability for the ex causing this mess. THIS IS AN IMPORTANT JURY VERDICT.  The court keeps claiming a parent is crazy, and the JURY GETS IT RIGHT, and family court is CRAZY. A man and a woman were accused of false allegations. However, the Mother and her fiancé were awarded damages but the FAMILY COURT NEVER GAVE  HER CHILDREN BACK. TYPICAL.
     Family court is an illegitimate court, JURY TRIALS WORK and BENCH TRIALS DO NOT WORK.   Many of the cases, the parents had spit custody, split their assets and the family court does not like this. The attorneys want to bill to eternity. The family court wants CONFLICT. This was an affluent family and the Family Court, and these people became TARGETS. 
    One of the "players" was a COURT EXPERT  who was under investigation and has since been removed from being allowed to perform any CUSTODY EVALUATIONS in the state of Colorado. The corrupt family court is CONTINUING TO RELY  on the report in this matter despite this fact. Even though they "won" in civil court, SHE STILL DOES NOT HAVE HER CHILDREN BACK. This is lawsuit proves that this is a GENDERLESS crime against a parent. Whatever is UNJUST is what the family court will do. This corruption cost this mother a relationship with her children and a man was facing prison time based on false accusation. There was no recourse or consequence on the other party. Perjury and fraud: the family court loves it. Globally, the family court is a criminal enterprise. This case  is proof of how VILE the family court is.

Amy shared the updates to her case where Attorney Jay White, Head of DSS extorted $5,000.00 on February 22, 2024.  Judge Knuts held her in contempt (attorney fees) and ordered her to pay $5,000.00 within 30 minutes or go to JAIL. Rushing to go to the bank to pull out $5,000 and run back to the courthouse in such a short time limit is a bit MUCH. Amy has been suffering through Family Court for the last 15 years. 
     Amy mentioned other cases  where Attorney Jay White has punished another victim so badly in family court, where days shortly  after, this person committed suicide. People also get punished when they go asking for HELP from CPS.  We also discussed a case where an inappropriate incident happened at Stonewall Jackson Youth Development Center where a correctional staff member strangled a minor at their Concord facility (WBTV 2-8-2024).

     Slam the Gavel welcomes Ulysses "Butch" Slaughter to the podcast. Ulysses a veteran and is the target of a false allegation by his ex-wife when it all happened in August 2021. Everything happened quickly and talked about some of the red flags that happened two weeks prior to the eviction from his home. Being a journalist, Ulysses instinctively recorded his eviction.   Slam the Gavel welcomes Tanawah M. Downing to the podcast. Tanawah is a Chief Legal Strategist and Civil Rights Advocate. Being aware of people suffering and in need of help, Tanawah, after going through a divorce himself, recognized the need for laws to change. It has been eight years since he as seen or spoken to his children.
   We talked about the deprivation of rights under the color of law of parents.  The 13th Amendment explains very much what is wrong with the law in that the terms "slavery" and "prisoner" is synonymous with each other.  Parents are deprived of their rights every day by not only CPS but Judges as well. 
     The We Shall Be Free Tour will begin once the case is docketed. However, the clerk of court at the U.S. Supreme Court is refusing to docket. This is obstruction of justice and a crime. The people in the U.S. need to hear the truth and understand that these are rights that are guaranteed and the moment you take a right from one, you take it from all and no longer a freedom. But only an illusion of freedom.
     Tanawah explained how this will be handled. When people are silent, they give their consent. People must speak up and speak out. When government is silent that is an indication of guilt. Once the clerk steps aside, this will be handed to the justices, the tour will be started. There will be press conferences  and rallies in every state Capitol and the tour will circle the whole country. This is the opportunity for people to tell their story.  People need to speak out on the egregious acts that were done to them and this gives them the opportunity to be heard.

   Slam the Gavel welcomes back Carl Roberts to the podcast. Carl was last on Season 5, Episode 12 and 39. Carl Roberts is Founder of Colorado Resilience and SplitSmart. 
    Carl is trying to bring solutions into the divorce/family court process where a case shouldn't drag out for years, but only 30 days. There are so many homicides and suicides that are perpetuated by the Family Court system as well as CPS. Carl shared his ideas on the screen (Slam the Gavel YouTube) that contain solutions. In doing presentations, Carl discussed his ideas and solutions and was met with  silence. The path to restoration, justice and family healing is what Carl has to offer people that are divorcing and it seems the judiciary/family law doesn't want any part of it. Because of lack of accountability, oversight and transparency the court system is in the state it is in.
     We discussed the weaponization of the system with people calling CPS for either good faith concerns, questionable caller intent and ill intent to gain advantage. False accusations ruin lives and there is no accountability. All professionals that police the family court in order to destroy families are there in order to get paid. We talked about how Parental Alienation is weaponized in order to gain custody, with no accountability. 
     This is not a battle of the sexes. Carl discussed that today's Feminists, where there are a loud minority and silent majority, appear to hate the family unit. Female judges rule unfairly on female litigants as well as male judges ruling unfairly on male litigants. How is this fair. We discussed cases that are taking place in New York, North Carolina and Kentucky.  This comes down to the judiciary disregarding evidence without accountability. The system does not care.
     Bill encouraged, "get over yourself, whatever injustices have happened to you, go to the other gender just as easily. We have to get away from the battle of the sexes that serves nobody but the system. We have to start unifying."

  Slam the Gavel welcomes Kia Walker to the podcast. It all started out when her son, Tommy, and then girlfriend, Heather, were arrested and charged in connection with the Heather's mother's murder in Bali, Indonesia. 
     After they were arrested, two weeks later it was on the news that Heather was pregnant. Kia was shocked to learn that she would soon be a grandmother.  She gave birth to a baby girl and that's how the nightmare evolved. Kia soon found herself in the midst of a high profile case involving her granddaughter who was brought from Indonesia to the United States.
     .After the baby was born, Kia flew to Indonesia in March 17th of 2015 and spent a week to be with her grand daughter in the hospital and then her baby granddaughter was taken back to prison in Indonesia. Kia tried her best to bring the baby back to the U.S.  She soon learned quickly that grandparents do not have any rights.  The Granddaughter was released from prison when she was 2 years-old and was then taken in by a foster mother who works for the Indonesian police. 
     While in foster care, she was regularly abused. As a 6 year-old, her granddaughter came to the U.S. in 2021. Kia thought this would be the perfect time to connect with her granddaughter, but the courts and DCFS had a plan of their own. Her granddaughter's lawyer Vanessa F., who also represented Heather and unbeknownst to Kia, she was given Guardianship one day the plane landed.
     Kia went to Cook County Probate Court trying to petition for Guardianship. But the Judge had changed her granddaughter's name, so she was hard for Kia to find her in the system. Kia filed an appearance however, Guardianship was already established. Later Kia learned that her granddaughter was born, "a political pawn and rag-doll and now in America, a political pawn and rag-doll." There were five petitioners, couple of them never met her granddaughter. Kia sat in Guardianship court for two years hoping for an opportunity to get Guardianship to adopt her granddaughter, but that was not the Court's plan. Kia watched each petitioner get visitation temporary custody and  two others receive Guardianship. Kia got nothing; every once in a while a video call. Others were getting in-person visitation with her granddaughter and the grandmother gets nothing because money, power, privilege and politics stole her granddaughter. Now, her granddaughter is about to be adopted.
      Living a complete nightmare, the court system has completely failed her granddaughter and Kia. Kia is her granddaughter's only voice and uses TikTok to do so. Kia is her advocate, and has never given up on her granddaughter and encourages people to support children and grandparents in their efforts and to never give up.

    Slam the Gavel welcomes back Brian Vukadinovich to the podcast. Brian is the author of Motion for Justice: I Rest My Case and Rogues in Black Robes. Brian was last on the podcast Season 4, Episodes 69, 99 and 119 and Season 5, Episodes 13, 37 and 44. 
     On our show today and he will discuss his pending federal court lawsuit against a very famous judge, Richard A. Posner, formerly of the United States Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit in Chicago where he was on the bench for almost 36 years before he retired in 2017 over disagreements with the other judges about how PRO SE'S were being TREATED in the Seventh Circuit.  He read about how Brian represented himself in a five day federal civil rights jury trial in 2016 and how Brian beat a team of corporation lawyers at the five day jury trial where he was awarded more than $200,000 by the jury for the school corporation's violation of his due process rights. When they terminated his employment as a teacher, and in 2018 Posner asked Brian to come work for him in his newly created company "Posner Center for Pro Se's" to help unrepresented litigants and agreed to pay Brian $120,000 a year to serve as the executive director of the Posner Center and to also provide advisory services to Posner in Posner's personal capacity.  But Posner REFUSED TO PAY  him for his work and Brian had to take him to court for BREACH OF CONTRACT.  
     Brian is representing himself and is battling lawyers from 3 DIFFERENT STATES (New York, Chicago and Indiana) in the case.  Recently, there was a hearing in the federal court and Brian tried to get the judge to take JUDICIAL NOTICE of a PERJURED AFFIDAVIT that the New York lawyer, Justin M. Ellis, signed under penalty of perjury.  The judge, after rethinking things over DECIDED TO ADMIT THE DOCUMENT into the record, and that's when it hit the fan: when the New York Lawyer started to WHINE and BACKPEDAL, trying to cover the perjury.
       HOWEVER, magistrate judge, Joshua Kolar, has been accepted to be a federal court of appeals judge at the U.S. Court of Appeals in Chicago, the SAME COURT that Posner was at.  Brian gave us updates on his case and now that the case is back in Judge Theresa L. Springmann's hands.  Brian is hoping she will do the right thing and allow not only Discovery, but a FAIR TRIAL.

    We discussed their "family court" cases and the common thread is that the extortion that takes placed in the "family courtroom," amidst threats of jail and being forced into to "debtor's prison," which was ABOLISHED in 1833, constantly persist in the cases of these young mothers. God only knows what they are doing to good, fit loving fathers and grandparents as well.
    We discussed Amanda Story's updates where she has been through so many judges, ones she has NEVER MET and where sanctions have been placed. The Judge called her indigent and ordered her to pay $400.00 by February 20th to opposing counsel and the judge backdated the order to 2023. Amanda encourages parents to PAY ATTENTION and to get recordings as well as check through the Certificate Of Service DATES including the YEAR. Amanda has had a VIOLATION of all HER RIGHTS including ADA, DUE PROCESS and HIPPA. Go through YOUR DOCKET to make sure the time line is accurate.  Amanda encourages parents to study what  DARVO means: Deny Attack, and Reverse Victim and Offender. Amanda has been met with RETALIATION.
     Every time they kidnapped Amy Palacios's children, which was seven times in the last 15 YEARS it was done EXPARTE COMMUNICATIONS, which means Amy was NEVER in the courtroom. EXPARTE and CONTINUANCES NEVER END. The LEGAL ABUSE and FINANCIAL ABUSE never ends. There are TIES to the District Attorney's Office....
    The first judge Amanda had was Judge T. Kazakos. On a whim, he stripped Amanda Story OF HER 50/50 RIGHTS and she never went before him. It was done EXPARTE.  Apparently the Judge sits on the STOP CHILD ABUSE board. Parents have to pay for supervised visits and parenting classes. Amanda's case involved gun violence toward her child. WHY?

  Slam the Gavel welcomes Brenda Bryant to the podcast. Brenda is an advocate for special need and vulnerable adults and judicial reform. Brenda started advocating for her daughter who has an intellectual disability diagnosed at age two.
     This began many years of advocacy from school to sports. The nightmare began when her daughter turned 18 years of age and at that time, Federal Government/State agencies began opening up "group homes," with 3 to 4 special needs clients to a home and receive the SS funds and Medicare Waiver. Her daughter had a caseworker with the State Dept. Six months prior to her 18th birthday, and asked Brenda if she would like her daughter into a group home. Brenda and her husband were confronted several times regarding this. However, when her daughter did turn 18, they went to her school with a three/four page contract and had her called out of her class and sign herself into State's care....She printed her name at a first grade reading level on a LEGAL DOCUMENT giving the state the right to make her medical decisions and to place her wherever they wanted her placed and this was in October of 1993.  Her daughter did not come home from school. The State Department had refused to tell Brenda where her daughter was and there was no DSS allegations. The state agency told Brenda that, "she is a legal adult and she is 18 and you have no say in her legal rights."
    Brenda began to investigate and this podcast explains exactly what happened to Brenda's daughter and where the money went. Brenda remains hopeful and is close with God saying, "If you have the courage to begin, you have the courage to finish, finish well. Never ever, ever give up."

   Slam the Gavel welcomes back Amy Palacios to the podcast. Amy Palacios was last on the podcast Season 3, Episodes 147, 165 and 179; Season 4, Episodes 134, 145 and 150; Season 5, Episode 22. Updating her case, Amy spoke about how her case and how it has been "continued" multiple times, while threats of going to jail to pay Jay White (who was both ex husband's attorneys in the past, which is a major conflict of interest), head of DSS $36,000.00 or go to jail. 
    Amy did have a "win" in Supreme Court, NC. However, a shady deal went on and the order was completely REMOVED. Amy asked where the order was. She then got a "dismissal,"  wrote from a clerk of court, who dismissed without anything over a year later and written as if a 5 year old wrote it. 
      Amy filed to the Supreme Court before she had gotten her "gatekeeper" and "gag order," and they still won't take off her 19 1/2 year old and one soon to be 18 and "should" be falling off the ASTRONOMICAL child support extortion bill she is paying her ex husband to the tune of $2,800 a month. The child support order would never be reduced, "because of the paperwork." Which means the Gatekeeper order. Amy explained further. Selling her three horses and DSS is considering them "income," when their sale was used to pay the $70,000.00 to her ex-husband.
      Jay White also fired everyone who was working underneath him because of a an open investigation into DSS. However, 1 Corinthians 6: 9,10 will prevail.

  Slam the Gavel podcast welcomes Danielle Sather Miller to the Podcast. So glad to have met her on TikTok. Danielle has been a victim of Parental Alienation and hasn't seen her boys in the last 8 years and that was when they were 4, 6 and 8. They are now at the ages of 13, 15 and 17 years of age and Danielle misses them and wonders if they think of her. What happened to Danielle can happen to ANYONE.
    Five years ago, the Stepmother "allowed" her sons to talk to their mother on a video chat because she had a spat with her husband (Danielle's ex). They were allowed to talk until her ex husband came home and ended the call.
    Her boys were kidnapped twice and in 2011 she was also ran over once and dragged 50 feet and this is on her ex-husband's criminal record. There was custodial interference going on as well but law enforcement told her, "it's a civil matter." Her ex even had her mentally committed based on a lie that Danielle was on drugs, but she was released in three hours, but her ex was on his way to CA with her children. She didn't see them for 4 months. He was on the NCIC as the abductor. West Virginia dropped the ball with Custodial Interference, stating it was, "a civil matter."
     Danielle is $48,000.00 in debt, and her mother had to sell her home so Danielle could hold on to her parental rights. Danielle mentioned that she did have one good judge, Judge Spruill, but then she would have a new judge every year for the next 7 years of their lives. 
      Danielle explained how her ex obtained custody of her boys. Over the stress of court, Danielle turned to drug usage and wasn't able to get her children to the weekend visits due to car issues, but she cleaned up her act. She  has been clean for over 8+ years. Danielle has passed ALL drug tests and hair follicle tests while traveling from West Virginia to Horry County, South Carolina once a month for counseling sessions.  When Danielle followed through with everything, that's when her ex refused to follow the counselor's orders and decided that Danielle would not be a part of the kid's lives.
      That's when the ex ramped up Custodial Interference and has been arrested twice and feels that the law does not apply to him, yet the children remain with him. Danielle doesn't feel that what she has done is deserving of her punishment and keeping her from her children and what she is going through now. The Stepmother however, had been arrested for having Opiates and THC in her system after giving birth. But Danielle's sons still remain in the home. How can this be?

      Alisha's case is one of the top three of the oppressive cases in New York. Alisha has had 11 open cases going in the last six years. Judge Anthony McGinty was demanding she pay $139,000.00 or be INCARCERATED for close to TWO YEARS due to 8 counts of CIVIL CONTEMPT. The Judge ORDERED that her children be given to a REGISTERED SEX OFFENDER and his BDSM PARAMOUR. He also put a RESTRAINING ORDER on her so she couldn't speak to her children. She wanted it to STOP, so she started digging and learning how to end the nightmare.  What Alisha Michelle Clark discovered is that Judges are agents collecting money for the IRS all working in tandem with the corporation of the U.S. But where does the money go?  Who is writing the checks? These are the answers Alisha is looking for.
     Today we discussed the Notice Concerning Fiduciary Relationship, Form 56 and how Part 2, Revocation or Termination of Notice. This form and her friend's case has affected Alisha in making the decision to become a State National (there are now approximately 22 million people that are State Nationals). Also Part 3 of that form relates to Court and Administrative Proceedings. This is a very important form to be taken seriously and to be studied, where people must do their research before filling it out.     Teaching special education for years, before training in Texas to be a certified, Real became an (RD)  Relationship Development Intervention consultant. This eventually lead to opening her own practice in NJ: Behavioral & Sensory Solutions. She does see clients and supports their families to manage and treat behavioral concerns, most specifically with sensory processing  interventions. 
     We discussed what has been going on in Delaware County, Pennsylvania and how OCY is being handled with no ACCOUNTABILITY and no OVERSIGHT.  Rael announced that there will be a County Council meeting  that will take place FEBRUARY 7th, 2024 where Rael encouraged all parents to attend even parents that are not affect by Office of Children and Youth...YET. We also talked about Custodial Interference and how to advocate for your rights and how to legislate. Rael also discussed how to approach law enforcement when OCY becomes involved and what steps to take when nothing is done.

     Published a year and a-half ago, OVERRUN is a comprehensive on policy and highly informative,  this is the only book out there published about this historic mass-migration crisis. This crisis is on its fourth year of 5.5 million people, foreign nationals, crossing the border in the country in the last 36 months and a couple million before the first term of the Biden Administration, which was when this started. 
     This book is based on Mr. Bensman's field reporting, for years, with hundreds of immigrants who are on the way in Mexico and all along the border in Central America. This book is highly relevant. This is the top campaign issue in the 2024 presidential election. This is the reference book as to what really happened.
    The Biden Administration's policies from inauguration day forward are calibrated to bring in immigrants and never to block, stop or deter, inviting millions and millions of people to take the journey. Today, the Administration is letting in 90% of everyone who reaches the border. We never had an administration/president who would do that. Ending deportation and detention, they are stamping papers and, "just report later to us at your convenience." There is also a transportation conveyer belt of planes and buses bringing them off the border and into the U.S.  
     This book is a MUST READ that delves into our nation's border crisis and now Americans will suffer the consequences.

    Slam the Gavel welcomes back Davey Walker from Sheffield, UK. Davey was last on the podcast Season 1, Episode 2; Season 2, Episode 26; Season 3, Episode 55 where we last talked about his relationship with his daughter and looking forward to taking her on a trip to New York City and New Jersey at the end of October. 
   We had a great discussion on the relationship with his daughter and how wonderful the trip was and that they both had a great time and that he could share this with her as they both enjoy retro 80's. 
     Talking about visiting most of the sights in New York City, they found the Ghost Busters firehouse (14 North Moore Street, New York, NY 10013) and especially enjoyed Beetle House (308 East 6th Street, New York, NY 10003) and really enjoyed the food and the sights there where every day is Halloween. Visiting Denville, New Jersey as well,  Davey talked about how they both loved how beautiful the town was and so impressed with how it was decorated for Halloween. 
    We talked about the driving age in England as well as the drinking age. Davey would like to give his daughter driving lessons in a Tesla when she turns 16.
     Davey gave great advice for parents when having to  deal with stress. Davey encourages others to practice self care and he still does kickboxing to give himself a break. "Stop looking back at the past; as it doesn't help your mindset and there is light at the end of the tunnel,”  Davey states.

Dawn also talked about how parents should address cyber security with their children who are well versed on technology and be aware of predators their children may not know exist. Parents need to know how to talk to their children about these trolls and to protect their families.

     Today we talked about the viral YouTube video on Mark, a process server, trying to serve paperwork to Attorney Robert Pittman in Sonoma County, California, in regards to a lawsuit involving a restraining order. Attorney Pittman somehow forgot the Civil Code of Procedure regarding Process Servers. Mark Andrews wasn't trespassing and Attorney Pittman wanted him under arrest for trespass and being on his property, however the arrest was voided immediately as Mark knew more about the law than Attorney Pittman with the Cornell University degree. The Process Server knew the law. Pittman also makes more than the Congressman. "Pittman needs to be replaced as he committed criminal acts on video," Mark explained. TAXPAYERS need to know how their taxpayer's dollars are being spent.

   Slam the Gavel had a great conversation with Deanna Kloostra, Family Court Certified Trauma Coach, to discuss a FUN contest on writing a "spoof motion" on dog/pet support. In the motion you need to tell the judge why you want the dog/pet (child) support. This an educational contest to help parents learn how to write up their own motions.
    Remember, animals had rights way before children. Your motion should include facts, not emotions.  Deanna thought of this great challenge to write a "spoof motion" explaining why you need child support for your dog. Put in you current  laws on dog child support, if you can find them. Put in some case law into your motion or make up your own and can be FUN and humorous.
     Also include how to tell the judge how they can get a kick-back from Title IV-D funding which is our Social Security. If the taxpayer understood how they are blowing that money and it's going to government employees. "Title IV is for the Divorce Court as Judges get a kick-back and that's why they charge so  much in child support as they can  as  they get a percentage. For every dollar they get so many "cents" (every state is different) and that money that goes into their retirement.  So that is why they are taking our retirement money for their government employees to retire on and that's why a parent pays a high price in child support," Deanna explained.

    We had a very interesting discussion regarding family court, cps and GAG ORDERS on parents involved in Child Custody. There is a Rule to Family Court that there is a six month limit to custody challenges that judges typically ignore. Contrary to the rule of law and 2,000 years of the legal profession parents aren't hearing about it BECAUSE it is a GAG ORDER. There are GAG ORDERS that are still being litigated for 10 YEARS. If a parent challenges the GAG ORDER, then there will be repercussions. 
     We gave advice on finding out the who knows who in the courthouses. Attorney Clark gave some advice about checking on the bad actors in the law school they attended, and find out if there was any plagiarism  going on.

   Slam the Gavel welcomes Dr. Alyse Price Tobler to the podcast. Dr. Alyse spoke a little about her background story of SEVERE Parental Alienation and what she has studied in 'two study' her Ph.D.  
     Dr. Alyse read into her thesis, which explained what severe levels of Parental Alienation look like versus MILD or MODERATE. She then talked about the PATHOLOGY of an alienating parent (as well as step-parents and grandparents), the lack of treatment protocols and the struggles mental health practitioners often face when dealing in a toxic family court/private practice with children and adult child survivors of SEVERE Parental Alienation.
    We talked about what Mental Health Practioner challenges are when facing working in Family Court, their competency levels and lack of a code of practice standards with Parental Alienation, Mental Health Practioner and vicarious trauma and consequent mental and physical health challenges as well as current lack of professional clinical supervision and last,  Mental health practitioner lack of a current treatment protocol from which to follow.
        Much of her research is very shocking to hear for some listeners/viewers as it is about SEVERE levels of child abuse and SPA. Many people will never have heard a lot of her material before, as Dr. Alyse discussed three topics as she herself is an adult child of SEVERE Parental Alienation, an academic researcher and specialist in SPA Mental Health Practitioner.    Slam the Gavel welcomes Surinder Kaur Dahliwal to the podcast. Surinder Kaur Dahliwal is in California and she is a Candidate for San Jose City Council District 8. The election is on March 5th, 2024. She has a beautiful website pertaining to her Candidacy for City Council, District 8:   surinder4sjd8@gmail.com. She would like to see others working together to create a safe place for everyone in San Jose, California such as issues regarding Police Reform, Crime and Safety, and Affordable Housing as well as the End of Encampments. Her mother is extremely supportive in Surinder's journey. We also discussed how Family is a well-oiled machine. 
    Surinder talked about her past when she worked at Google while going through a divorce 2019,  her son was taken away the first time via exparte communication. She met all the requirements to get her son back. Surinder never would have imagined this nightmare for herself, especially when her psychiatrist colluded with her ex-husband. 
       What happened next was that her son was taken away from her due to exparte communications via the ex-husband. A lot of money was used to keep her away from her son that could have been used for the betterment of society and prevent crimes (at TAXPAYER EXPENSE). In 2020, her son ran away from the father's home, running one mile to Surinder's home during the night, which led to her son staying with her at 50/50 custody. Then her son was taken away the second time and that's when she decided to become a Pro Se, defending herself. The ex- husband continues to lie about dates and mental health issues and Dr. Taylor continues to say the same thing. She went through a psychiatric evaluation for $8,000.00 and her ex-huband's former attorney forwarded this psychiatric evaluation in an email to her son, because the father couldn't be reached and this planted a seed into the sons's mind that their mother would, "lose it in time." THIS IS A HIPPA VIOLATION. 19 months ago, her son had left with the older sibling and she hasn't been able to see or talk him due to lies regarding mental health that her children believe. 
    Surinder continues to pray and knows that the kids communicate to her mother and her relatives. She has been alienated from her older son and now the younger son because of the belief that their mother could, "go manic in the next four years."  Surinder advises parents, "because parents are feeling social anxiety, do not isolate yourself, go out and meet new people and be present and have new experiences. Do the opposite of what you are feeling and go out and advocate and live your life."

    Slam the Gavel welcomes Mary Trudel to the podcast to share her story of SA at the age of 15, which resulted in her son with Down Syndrome  was born. However, five New York State Judges, the Elmira police and DA refused to prosecute the individual who raped her in 1995, because he and his family are NYS Corrections Officers. The judge gave her Down Syndrome baby boy, who she walked him through two years of chemo after being diagnosed with leukemia. This individual then gave her son to his sister who collected SSI checks and locked away Mary's son in his room, like a prisoner.

   Slam the Gavel welcomes James Griffin, Lauren Griffin and Kelly Patton who was last on the podcast Season 4, Episodes 124, 146, 151. James Griffin spoke from El Dorado Prison, Kansas along with his wife Lauren. James Griffin has been imprisoned for the last 20 years on a crime HE DID NOT COMMIT.  Police came to his home on January 15th, 2004 and arrested him and James didn't even know the restaurant or the area.  His charges were: attempted murder in the 2nd degree intentional, attempted aggravated robbery and conspiracy to commit aggravated robbery. Apparently, there was a robbery at a Topeka, Kansas restaurant (with no cameras), FOR THE THIRD TIME, where a person entered  wearing dark clothing and shot the owner. There was a vehicle waiting that was similar to a vehicle James owned, but witnesses couldn't identify the vehicle, the color of the vehicle or the driver. The prosecutor, Robert Hicks took the description of the shooter and focused on that with the witnesses and not the driver. However, James was three hours away visiting with his mother and this is verified by cell phone records. A man CAN'T BE IN TWO PLACES AT THE SAME TIME. But the witness's stated he sounded, "BLACK." One of the witnesses 10 years later, on March 15th, 2013, later recanted his statement.
     There was no DUE PROCESS, no VOICE ANALYSIS, NO CAMERAS, NO TIRE ANALYSIS and NO FORENSICS DONE ON ANYTHING. His attorney didn't let him speak AT ALL during trial. Mr. Michael McElhinney continuously repeated the phrase, "if a judge instructs you, though that I am in for a penny, in for a pound, can you follow that even if it goes against what you personally believe should happen?" to the jury during trial. James didn't have a chance.....because he was BLACK and couldn't afford adequate defense.  One witness got on the stand and refused to testify, then how could this have continued?? James filed an APPEAL but somehow the MOTION GOT LOST.
     "All people need to do is look into this, but it falls on deaf ears." James stated.

   Slam the Gavel welcomes back Ryan Kolar to the podcast. Ryan was last on Season 4, Episode 143. Ryan went in depth about the updates to his case and also explained that this is a systemic corruption issue. Judges have full discretion.  Ryan's judge is Judge Karen Bowes. She does't have to honor his civil rights. 
     Ryan wanted to understand WHY, but there is no WHY. It was EXTORTION in order to get money out of BOTH parents.  The abusive one will defend their reputation with money. The protective parent will fight to death for their children with money. It explains WHY that lawyers and judges CHOOSE to do this to children. There is nothing in the human soul that  would make them want to let little children to get molested or worse. We discussed Title IV-D funding and how this  contributes and compounds the problem within the 'family court.'
