- いしゃ (医者): doctor 🧑🏻‍⚕️ *we would call it せんせい (先生). (not a teacher, though) 

- びょうき (病気): sick ☠️ →ex) びょうきになる。I get sick. - びょういん (病院): hospital 🏥  

- どうしましたか: What's wrong ? 👀 

- ねつ (熱): fever 🤒 →ex) ねつがある。I have a fever. 

- かぜ (風邪): cold 🤧 →ex) かぜをひく。I have a cold. 

- インフルエンザ: flu →ex) or we would shorten it as インフル. 

- くすり (薬): medicine 💊 →ex) くすりをのむ。I take a medicine.  

- め (目): eye 1:27 - はな (鼻): nose →* as the same pronunciation, there is はな (花) which means flower.🌷 

- くち (口): mouth  

- のど (喉): throat 

- みみ (耳): ear 

- あたま (頭): head 

- て (手): hand ✋🏻 

- かお (顔): face 

- おなか (お腹): stomach →* we would call it also はら (腹) casually. 

- あし (足): foot  

- おだいじに (お大事に): Take care. 🙏🏻 →when someone get sick, injured, or unhealthy. 

- 2, 3にち (二, 三日): two or three days 

- ~がいたい (が痛い): ~hurts.😵 →ex) 目がいたい。My eyes hurt. 

- はいしゃ (歯医者): dentist →ex) 歯医者にいく。I go to see a dentist. 

- ひとりで (一人で): alone 🚶🏻 

- けんこう (健康): health →conversely, ふけんこう (不健康) means unhealthy. 

- ほけんしょう (保険証): health insurance card

- あかるい (明るい): bright 🌕 

- くらい (暗い): dark 🌑 →ex) このへやはくらい。This room is dark.  

- ビデオ: video 📼 →or we would call it どうが (動画). 

- スイッチ: switch 🕹 

- まわす: turn 

- ひく (引く): pull 

- うごく (動く): move 🚶🏻 →ex) ねこがうごいている。A cat is moving. 

- おと (音): sound 🎶  

- もし: If →or we would say もしも, as the same. 

- こしょうする (故障する): broken ✖️  →こしょう is the noun. 

- しゅうりする (修理する): repair, fix🧑🏻‍🔧 →しゅうり is the noun. 

- よぶ (呼ぶ): call 🙋🏻‍♀️ →ex) けいさつをよんでください。Please call the police. 

- なおす (直す): fix, correct 💁  

- せいひん (製品): product 

- ボタン: button  

- おす (押す): press, push 👇🏻 →ex) このボタンをおす。I will push this button. 

- かぎをかける (鍵をかける): lock 🔐 →ex) かぎをしめる (鍵を閉める) is also used as the same.  

- リモコン: remote control  

- カード: card 💳 →or クレジットカード is fine. (we often just shorten it as カード.) 

- パソコン: computer 💻 →*comes from personal computer.
