Matt sits down with Dr. Dayna Lee-Baggley. Dr. Lee-Baggley has spent her entire career working in medical, surgical, and cancer care units in the hospital. During COVID-19 she was a frontline provider and continued to provide services for cancer patients. But COVID-19 created enormous demand for psychological help. She decided to pursue her values of increasing access to care and reducing human suffering by creating a virtual health psychology clinic to help address the new needs created because of COVID-19. A virtual clinic was also now possible because so many people had found it easy and acceptable to use online therapy during COVID-19. She pursued getting registered in multiple provinces across Canada to increase access. Group formats was also selected to provide more services to more people in need and to help foster community and bringing people together.

New Brunswick born Matt S. sits down with our Matt to discuss helping other entrepreneurs and all about his fitness and health journey. He says "It's all about building good habits."  This is a great listen. You won't want to miss it.

Matt's Guest this week is Tina.  Tina lost 90 lbs in 9 months.  A great feat, but when she was a young paddler she was know for gaining and losing weight very fast depending on the season.  Her mantra is "Just Do It".  Don't allow yourself excuses.

Matt speaks with Amy who went from being trained to become a trainer at Evolve Fitness.  They talk about her journey, how nutrition is so very important and her power lifting records.

Matt talks with one of his favourite success story Benny. Benny joined Evolve Fitness during Covid so those first workouts were done virtually but she was hooked after just one. Having lost almost 40 pounds since she started Benny discusses her past Yo-Yo dieting after the birth of her first child, hating when people posted pics of her and the talk with her sister that turned her life in a new, healthy direction.

Matt finds out that Brian has a lower body fat percentage than his. Brian talks about going from being intimated at the gym in his younger years to becoming more comfortable at one, changing his evening schedule and his non-scale victories.
