The League had the ultimate pleasure of talking to the “almost famous” geek icon Flint Dille, author of The Gamesmaster: My Life in the '80s Geek Culture Trenches with G.I. Joe, Dungeons & Dragons, and The Transformers as well as author of our childhoods, and keeper of hidden geek memorabilia.
The Gents take on two different versions of the Kaiju classic the oft-rented, but seldom-revisited Rodan, also known as “Radon,” and also known as “The Bloodthirsty Hawks,” which is Dursin’s new band name.
The Gents give their take on a different version of an old classic, Superman II: The Richard Donner Cut, and how Christopher Reeves was born to play Superman, and how Brando wanted his part to be a bagel. It was a pretty weird production.
The League attempts to de-stress from world events by tackling one of the all-time classic adventure-comedy films, Back to the Future. Even though some people think it’s a tragedy, but you can listen and figure it out for yourself.
Sam Furst of Monsters are Good returns to help us tackle the Hammer Film/Dragoon Thrills/Shaw Bros. co-production of The Legend of the 7 Golden Vampires. Sam told us the movie was “pretty wacky,” and that’s about as accurate of a review as you are going to get.

It gets kind of tedious, really, but hey, it’s written by Jack ‘King’ Kirby. What did you expect?
