Habits which serve you will get you closer to your dreams. They keep you going when your not aware of the actions your taking.... Let me explained further.
Habits are things we do when a trigger is activated. The actions that follow the habit can be positive or negative, wanted or not. Several weeks ago while out with my wife of was reminded of trigger, which was conditioned in my nervous system, was activated while we were out shopping. This location was not the ideal place to be for the behaviour, in this case an emotional response, to be triggered.
Habits can be helpful for you, or they can be something which you are not aware of and can be sabotaging your dreams. If you want to create your dreams, create your financial freedom portfolio then you must become aware of your habits. The good and the bad if you want to succeed.

What is in the mirror, the reflection back at you, are you not willing to See? I heard this quote and felt compelled to share it with you all. We can choose to see what we like when we look into a mirror, but in order to grow and become the best of ourselves we must be willing to find what we don't want to accept in order to grow and ebcome the best versions of ourselves.
Our conversation is what makes life around you. The people around you are all affected by the discussion we have, the tone we use, pitch and words we choose to use. The conversation can pick people up or bring them down. We can be mindful of what our unconscious is saying in the conversation, that is your body language, gestures and even our thoughts we are having about the other person all come through in our discussion. The ABRA technique I use to keep focused on the job during challenging times. There are times when you've been in the hospital, and someone is sharing their story for the third time, you understand that it is important to them, but you feel your mind wondering (something to focus on). The night before, something happened which has kept your mind off the job and that negative thought continual keeps reminding distracting from the task at hand. What about where you're making a change in your life, and you're wanting to show yourself compassion with the first acknowledging your thought is present, taking up valuable real estate in your mind. The ABRA technique has helped allot. For it to be effective, you must practice using what is explained in this podcast, regular, when you notice the thought you want to be removed.

Personal Reflection. In this episode, I talk about using a technique, which if used well will leave you feeling stronger and more invigorated. CPR is tiring and when the adrenaline wears off can send you into exhaustion. Over the years, especially when I have been out in the field where we don't have access to endless medical students, I have practised a technique which keeps the adrenaline under control, I feel stronger and more mentally alert for hours after.
Insight this morning. My use of visualisation has guided me toward changes in my life. Taking time to identify what I automatically did helped to change my course for life, I took deliberate actions toward what I wanted or to change an emotional response which could be triggered by an event. Your life is predictable if you keep doing the same thing over and over.
