Health Education and Food
I sit down with my good friend Damon, a New Orleans native, talk about childhood memories, growing up in NOLA. We discuss what culture is like in different places and what the culture is now for food for the younger generation. We then jump into discussing how to incorporate health and cooking into the educational day of our students.
Food And Travel
My good friend Erika and I discuss travel. Both of us have been to countries in Europe, the Caribbean, Central America, and beyond. We share some unique stories, perspective and some of our thoughts on how traveling can be so liberating, so easy, and so necessary. I blended in some music of what I like to hear when I go abroad.
