She is an incredible Mental Health First Aid Instructor and someone who really understands the importance of talking and normalising the conversations of mental health.

In this episode I had the pleasure to sit down with the Amazing Human Holly to talk about her journey with mental health.  

Holly and I met originally back in February 2019 when she was a delegate on a Mental Health First Aid Training Course.  She has an amazing journey and part of her story I still talk about today in my training (you will have to listen to find out more!).   

Holly has now taken her personal journey living with Bipolar to move her work to helping others, she has now become a qualified Mental Health First Aid Instructor, and in particular is helping to support more people working at events and festivals.
