This week Matt and Des sit down to discuss the 1980 Kubrick version of The Shining. Matt thinks it's an absolute shit sandwich and was counting on Des to bring an unbiased perspective to it. However, things did not work out that way. Spoiler alert, she hates it too. Long live the 97 miniseries!

This week Matt and Des talk about the creepy little movie from 2016 known as The Autopsy of Jane Doe. Both of us think it's a masterpiece, and possibly a mind fuck.
The Amityville Horror
On this week's episode Matt and Des dive deep into the history of The Amityville Horror. They talk about the real life Defeo's as well as the two films. Also Des gives Amityville '79 a higher rating than Amityville '05. She's clearly insane, Ryan Reynolds abs make's the '05 version get 5 stars by themselves.

In this episode Matt sits down with Actor, Stacey Forbes. She can be found in the films Ted 2, Patriot's Day, Grown Ups 2, American Hustle, R.I.P.D, The Judge, and many other feature films. She is a great interview and an even greater person.
The Conjuring
On this episode Matt and Des discuss the 2013 haunted house film, The Conjuring. Listen is as Hell freezes over as both of them love the movie and give it five stars, and for the first time in the history of ever Des has no complaints. No nits to pick.
The Thing
In this episode Matt and Des sit down to discuss the John Carpenter's 1982 classic, The Thing. First there is anarchy about the blood test and then Des gives it a 3.5 and chaos ensues.

Stephen Coghlin Visits the Garage
On today's episode Stephen visits the garage and anarchy ensues. We talk about everything from books, to the craft of writing, to porn. We are all over the map, and it is a glorious map.
Hailing from the capital of Canada, Stephen is a construction worker by trade and a writer by passion. He began writing in his teens to impress his crush, but discovered that his love for the written word soon outlasted his relationship. At present he is a multi-genre, small-house published author who is still trying to impress anyone who dares to read his written works. To date he has written for podcasts, indie magazines, anthologies, and he has a few novels and novellas that have been deemed fit to put to paper by someone other than himself. When not writing, he can be found annoying his long-suffering wife, or attempting to entertain his ever-growing family.

B.K. Bass is an author of science fiction, fantasy, and horror inspired by the pulp fiction magazines of the early 20th century and classic speculative fiction. He is a student of history with a particular focus on the ancient, classical, and medieval eras. He has a lifetime of experience with a specialization in business management and human relations and served in the U.S. Army. B.K. is also the Editor-in-Chief of Kyanite Publishing and the Kyanite Press journal of speculative fiction, and the Writing Department Chair for Worldbuilding Magazine.
