Nic Kerdiles was formerly a forward for the Anaheim Ducks. After several years in the NHL Nic stepped away from hockey, only to discover a new passion... Real Estate. Nic Kerdiles is a residential real estate agent and investor in Nashville. After just one year of being an agent, Nic was able to achieve 12 Million in sales, a few years after that Nic is investing in his own Airbnb projects and other investments.

Today we just wanted to respond to some of the questions we had gotten from listeners and our social media followers. Will talks about diving head first into commission-only Real Estate with no other source of income. Jackson also talks about the grind you have to go through until you break through with that first sale. 

In this episode, Will, Jackson, and Brian share their stories about coming up through the Real Estate industry and how they made it to Commercial Brokerage at 24 years old. Will and Jackson share how it does not matter where you are right now. You never know where you can end up and how quickly it can happen.
