The core of Fred's message is around the fact that Jesus didn't simply come to help us deal with our restlessness - He came to give us life - His Life.

Fred says: “One of the great needs within the churches is not for dynamic personalities & clever preaching technicians, but for ministry that allows the Holy Spirit to refresh and quicken the divine intent encapsulated within His Holy word.

Fred opens the session with this statement: Most Evangelicals today—having prayed ‘Sinner’s Prayer’ live out their lives according to an ancient Spanish motto: “No more beyond.” In other words, there is nothing more to be discovered!

For them, this is the agenda: Buy a ‘Daily Devotion’ book. Attend church on Sunday—and try to live a decent Christian life.

To them, the only beyond is Heaven when they depart this world.
