Even though knowing the benefits of Mindful Meditation since forever long it did not dawn on me in experience until a calamity took place in my life that I had to reevaluate my actions, decisions and how it all played a part to the life I have created- I no longer live joyfully.

It is during this period of confusion and mental entanglements that I learned to SIT STILL. How can I be still until I Know?

Here I share my voice and Presence with you.

The past few weeks has been quite a ride. The Ukraine- Russian situation, QLD/ NSW Northern Rivers floods (the place I call home for the past year)... I haven't been feeling like myself lately, anxiety attacks, confusion, mostly trudging along with a clouded mind. This episode is written from a place which I hope you can escape for a while and just simply BE.

Surrender- I am not worried by the things I cannot control

There's only so much in our lives that's within our control. In this modern world, we take on so much responsibilities and obligations to be in a society which we can fit in. Often times we become so caught up in the act of Doing rather than simply letting go of what's not For us to control to begin with. Control really is just an illusion in which we'd like to think we have. Most people (including myself) don't even posses the ability to be fully in control of oneself. Together, in this one we choose to surrender what's not for us to control.
