M4M is for anyone who has felt unsure about alternative health and wants to learn more. Welcome to Episode 2: "Your Queerness is a Gift". This is a short meditation specifically for my queer siblings. I actually recorded this for a good friend of mine and after listening to it, I decided I'd share it with the masses. I realize as LGBTQ+ folks our challenges aren't always seen or understood because we are not a monolith. Regardless, we deserve to be seen and validated in the ways that uplift and honor our existence. So just know, I see you and that we're in this together. I hope this meditation gives you a dose of whatever it is you came for.

Money is an Energy

Welcome to Episode 2:  “Money is an Energy", an affirmation that creates space for listeners to begin examining their relationship to money. "Money is an Energy" will assist with developing new thought patterns as it relates to your relationship to money, especially if you experience anxiety or stress in this area.

Full transparency:  Initially, I created this for myself and it has served as a constant reminder that my words can shape and shift my reality. In the times I'm most stressed about my needs or finances (especially in the midst of the pandemic), I listen to my words on this track to re-center and ground myself in a way that allows me to look towards a more hopeful existence where my community and I have what we need and desire.
