This quick meditation is beginner friendly and focuses on observing different feelings, senses, and thoughts as they arrive. Some days you may find this more challenging than others, and some days this meditation may pass by easily. You can repeat this meditation multiple times and have a different experience each day.

You also have the option to stay in silent meditation by pausing the class around the 6 minute mark for as long as you'd like! So really make this class your own if you have more time.

Today I share a free 15 minute guided meditation for stress relief. This episode is all about relaxing and softening to counteract the stress we face on a day-to-day basis.

The theme of softening and relaxing is applied to the breath, the body, and the mind with a mantra in this 15 minute class. 

In an effort to create balance, this meditation focuses on removing tension in the mind, the breath, the chest, the shoulders, and the jaw especially, as we tend to curl and clench or become stagnant in these places when stressed or anxious.

This class is beginner friendly, and can be done any time to relax and de-stress.

A super relaxing 10 to 15 minute meditation you can do lying down to release stress. This class calls for breathwork, so if you struggle with some of the holds don't worry and just make sure you're lengthening the inhales and exhales as best you can. You can always return to this class again and see how you've improved if you do struggle with it!

After our three part breathwork is a guided relaxation and a short savasana to fully let go and release. This guided meditation is great for stress, and may even be nice in the evening to wind-down for the day and put any stressors from your day behind you.

A 15 minute meditation going back to the basics. 

This beginner meditation covers the idea of being gentle with yourself, observing the breath and body, what it means to "breathe into" part of the body, why it's often recommended to journal after meditation, the tradition of "Namaste" at the end of yoga and meditation classes, and the importance of PRACTICING.

Hope this one helps break down a few concepts that could be confusing to beginners. 15 minutes is a quick time to cover everything, but I hope this can be a starting point that helps you on your own unique journey.

I'd recommend this class for both beginner and intermediate meditators and yogis.
