Hybrid Threats : Security, Stability and Solidarity

Hybrid Threats : Security, Stability and Solidarity

This is Ellen Wasylina’s speech at the Stratcom Summit in Istanbul, November 24, 2023.

The biggest challenge for governments and politicians is to inform their citizens and maintain the trust of their citizens .
The biggest challenge for news organisations is to be able to present true and verified facts from reliable, trustworthy sources.
The biggest challenge for young people today is to be able to distinguish between true and untrue news.
