Beauty, Wellness, and How to Be Magnetic with Ariana Roque

Angela Nichole: Defying Death, Taking My Life Back and Finding Recovery with Fitness and Yoga
On this episode I am joined by Angela Nichole. Angela is a Business Owner, Crossfit Coach, Yoga Teacher and Reiki Master. When Angela was 22 she was involved in a head on collision and was pronounced dead on scene. Miraculously, she survived but had to undergo numerous surgeries, which left her in a wheelchair. Jenny Purdy: Mom Life and Living with AS
On this episode of Balance Your Life we are chatting to Jenny Purdy. Jenny is the mom of 2 children; her 2.5 year old son and 10 week old daughter. She was diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis in her 20s and was at a lost of what to do to treat it, without subjecting her body to needles and suppressants.
