the list goes on. 

 

Here's the truth, people need help making decisions. "We" humans have a hard time making decisions, but decision-making is one of the most powerful things you can do as an entrepreneur or someone who is seeking to improve their life.

What you need to know to create an irresistible value stack. In this episode, you'll learn what you need to know to create an irresistible offer turning your potential clients from a "Maybe" to a "Yes!"


You need to know what your audience wants, what are the benefits, and the results they will receive when they join your program. Everyone thinks it's about how many features you offer, and how much you give, but the truth is, it's never about how much, it's about the benefits and the value they will receive from the features you offer.


So answer some of these questions:

  • What results are they getting?


  • How will they know they have gotten these results?


  • Why do they want these results?


  • How will their lives be different after they receive these results/ benefits?


  • How would their lives be the same?


  • Why are these benefits worth the pay?


  • Do you currently pay for something similar? What results do you have?


  • Why are you passionate about your products/services?


  • In their (your ideal client's eyes) Why should they buy what you're offering?

Can I be real with you…. I made the biggest mistake (that I’m still working on fixing) when I first started my business.

Can you guess what it was?

I didn’t focus on growing my email list. UGH…

I wish I knew then when what I know now about how important growing an email list of the RIGHT buyers can be.

I was spending all my time growing a Facebook group instead of growing my email list.

Here’s the truth,,,, and you probably already know,  you don’t own your social media following, what you own is your email list.

Growing your email list is one of the most important things you can do as you grow your business.

  1. You don’t own the other platforms, they can pull the plug at any time and you won’t have a way to connect with them.
  2. You can’t control who sees your stuff. Algorithms are constantly changing
  3. You have to be on there 24/7, interacting and being super active. (who has time for that??)

Inside this podcast episode, I share my journey about how I struggled initially, not knowing what I was doing. I did a lot of trial and error and figured it all out as I went. I realized that I'm still shifting and getting more and more in line with my true passion and what I'm good at. 


Here's the thing, you don't need to know the end to start, what you need to know is why you want that end and that is what will drive you to success. 


As I continue on my entrepreneur journey I realized that you don't need to have it all figured out, you just need to be willing to figure it out. As I've tough so many women on my journey and shifted my focus slightly I feel more and more in line with what I truly love to do. And that is helping YOU find your true calling, helping YOU shift into a stronger mindset, helping YOU figure out what it is that you truly are passionate about. I find that sometimes us women start an online business, join a company, or try something because other people have had success, but the truth is if you're not in it, you won't feel connected to it. If you're not connected to it then your audience will read right through you and not feel the energy and excitement behind it. 


The truth is people don't buy what you do they buy why you do it.


This is why I'm so excited and passionate about my new brand and my new focus which is only a slight shift from what I was doing. (remember slight shifts not huge leaps) from Unstoppable Sales Academy into Unstoppable Course Academy.

If you want something, it’s not about knowing how to get it, it’s about knowing that you’ll be able to figure it out and get it no matter what.

The power of believing in something is so powerful that your brain will start to find evidence to support that belief.

Choosing a niche could be hard, especially when you want to help everyone but are not sure what to do. One of the best things you could do for your business is to niche down so you can blow up. The more specific you are the easier you will have to be spotted in a crowded room. 

Just like I explain in this episode, instead of trying to help everyone, choose one thing you can focus on that will attract more buyers. 


Here are the 7 questions to help you narrow down your niche. 

1) What are you good at?

2) what problems can you help solve?

3) If you have five minutes right now to be in front of an audience, what would you share

4) out of your talents and skills what do you enjoy doing the most 

5) Out of the talents and skills that you enjoy, what do people need? (Or what do people need to know from you on this topic?) 

6) Who can you help specifically with what you know? Is there a group of people who could benefit from what you know?

7) How can you narrow down your niche even further?

Life is funny, it has a way to give you exactly what you need when you need it, but it also likes to throw you off and make you stronger.
Success shows up differently for everyone because everyone is different. How you find your success is going to be different than the person right next to you.
I believe there is no ONE size fits all when it comes to building a successful business. What I’ve found throughout my journey of spending thousands on coaching programs, courses, etc., and also throughout my entrepreneur journey of starting an MLM, E-commerce business, selling stuff on Etsy, etc. It wasn't until I found what connected me to my passion and truly believe that lights me up.
And the is coaching. I’m a born leader (at least that’s what my mom says) I love to see others thrive and give them to tools they need to make it work for them.
My coaching style is different because I help you find what works best for you, your business, and your lifestyle.
I get it, especially as a working full-time mom of 4 kids, I needed to find what work for me, and my limited time, meanwhile still being a parent and watching my kids grow. I didn’t want my “freedom life” to cost me missing out on being a part of my children’s childhood, and it should be for you.
Now the struggle I find, “myself included” is that life can be distracting. You’re old habits keep you stuck inside your everyday routine, it’s sometimes hard to push yourself out of your comfort zone.
This is why practicing the art of Holding yourself accountable will change your life forever. When you learn to hold yourself accountable to your goals, your plans, your schedule, your time, your commitments, your beliefs, your passion….

Step 9: Making offers to help

Most people are afraid of sales so they never even bother to ask for the sale.

I want you to think of sales as making an offer to help them get to where they want to go faster. It’s not up to you to decide if the value of the offer is worth the investment, but it’s your job to inspire them to make a decision.

Inspirations come from your thoughts and beliefs.

You want to come from being so Certain in your offer and believing in yourself, the value of the offer (transformation), and the person with who you are speaking, (your clients).

I call this the Believe circle

Believing in your Offer (Your unique method) you’re so certain and confident that your method can help them get from pain to pleasure.

Your belief is that there are people out there right now who are willing and able to pay for that solution and that person is the person you’re talking with.

They might not know everything and are afraid of investing in themselves, but it's your job to provide them with certainty not them.

Believing in YOU- you are the person who can and will help them solve their problem/ pain.

You believe in your offer, you’re clients, and yourself is what keeps the circle spinning.

Making offers is inviting them to invest in themselves and let them know they are worthy of getting the solution they desperately need and want.

Step 8: Be Willing to Fail Forward.

Hey Hey, have you made any mistakes yet? If not go out and make mistakes.

If you’re not making mistakes you’re not taking enough imperfect action to figure it out.

So go try it and see if it works.

We’ve been taught for years that failing is bad, well guess what, as an entrepreneur, you get to fail a lot, and that’s a good thing. We want you to fail, that is how you learn, and the more you do it and put yourself out there the faster and closer you’ll get to figuring out the right way.

What I see is most people think they need to have everything perfect before they even start, and this is causing them to overthink, get overwhelmed and prolong the process and in many cases not even get started at all.

What I want you to do is take messy action to get results, by using my 5-step Fail Forward Movement. Because when you are moving you stay in motion… and that is the thought process here to take an action, learn from it, tweak and do it again.

The first step is- Make a decision

The second step is- Create a plan to execute that decision

The third step is- Implement that plan

The fourth step- evaluate your results

Fifth step- tweak and do it again.

This is a very simple process where many of us struggle because if we don’t see results right away we think something went wrong. So instead of making drastic changes keep it simple and look at where you can make small improvements.

Okay, Okay, you’ve done a lot so far and you might be feeling a little overwhelmed so I want to keep it real and simple for you.

Don’t let your fear and doubt get in the way of your success. Your brain is a powerful tool, more than you realize at this point. This is one of the key factors to your success, and why we focus so much on your mindset inside the Unstoppable Sales Academy.

Math is just math, numbers, and answers, but you might be having a lot of mind drama around this.

"How can I fit this all in"

"How can I meet people"

"I’m too new to do this"

"I’m not ready"

"I’m not sure what i”m doing yet"

"Maybe I should wait until…."


These are the only thoughts that will keep you standing still. If you find yourself getting caught up in mind drama, (and you’ll know this because you’ll start to feel insecure and question yourself) I want to you STOP listening and start TALKING to your brain.

“I might not know it yet but I’m going to figure it out”

“I’m still new which gives me a lot of room to make mistakes”

“ I don’t care what other people think, I’m going to do me”

“ I’m going to do my best no matter what”

Your thoughts create your feelings, which drive your actions which get you results.

The first thing every morning is to give yourself permission to be awesome and just do it….

Step 6: How to set your goals and intentions

Without a plan, you plan to fail without even knowing it.

One of the Key factors behind your success will be to set a goal and make a plan to hit that goal.

So ask yourself,

How much money do you want to make?

How many people do you need to meet and give value to?

How many offers do you need to make?

Think about what your life looks like in

10 years?

5 years?

3 Years?

1 Year?

I like to think about your goals in three different categories YOU, FAMILY, and BUSINESS.

Because the way you do one thing is the way you will do everything.

Don’t just wing it, make an action plan and execute it.

Start off by brainstorming all the things you need to do to hit your weekly goal.

Get visual, look at the mandatory things you need to do during your day, and block them off.

“Work hours, activities, appointments, house duties, etc”

Then look at your available time, and plug-in, in what you want to accomplish in that timeframe.

This is KEY…. when you plug it in, make sure it’s detailed, and specific in Results form.

Finally, Hold yourself accountable for getting it done.

At the end of the week, you’ll have accomplished more than you realized so make sure you celebrate.

Show people that you can help them, by helping them. Providing value ahead of time.

Creating value is solving problems.

There are many ways to show people and demonstrate that you can help them through providing valuable content, and information that creates momentum, this is NOT just throwing a Freebie together but truly giving a piece of your methodology away and demonstrating that you can provide the value.

This helps you build that know-like and trust factor…. “OH, she does know what she is talking about”

And when you help someone through the true value you are creating momentum and when you're in momentum you want to stay in movement, allowing for the sale to come much easier.

You might be thinking, if I give away too much they won’t want to buy from me,

This thought is 100% a mindset block you need to knock down right away...

When you provide the value you will receive value back

There will always be people who want more, they need more help, guidance, support, and accountability.

Choose a way you can continue to provide value, - Facebook groups, lives, podcasts, blogs, youtube, Webinars, etc.

Value-first Marketing will 100% get you, clients, when you do this consistently!

Now it’s time to evaluate your offer! We need to make sure what you have is what they want….. And by they I mean your potential customers!.

It’s time you start to get yourself out there.

Most people think the way you make sales are through Fancy Funnels, Expensive websites, Formal sales process, but you don’t need any of that when you first get started. This is your time to do market research and learn what works as you go.

There are 3 simple steps to this process.

Step ONE: Meeting people- this is you putting yourself out there, willing to share your story and build relationships.

Step TWO: Tell them what you do. Now that you have the right people in your audience you need to tell them what you do and how you help solve their problems. This is you connecting your audience to your offer, building curiosity and engagement.

Step THREE: making offers to help. Now that you have people interested in what you offer, now it’s time to make an offer to help them solve their problems. Keep in mind that I didn’t say “sell” them.

At this point, your customer is connected to what you are offering, and now it’s your job to connect them to YOU and make an offer that YOU are the right person to help them.

Create a bridge that will take someone from pain island to pleasure island.

This is your unique methodology that takes someone from struggling with a problem to how to solve their pain.

The BRIDGE allows your clients to go faster and more direct to get the answers/solutions they need to experience pleasure island much faster and more direct.

This is also what separates you from the competition and helps you stand out from the crowd.

Step one- choose WHO you’re providing value to - be specific the more specific the better.

Step two- Be very specific on the ONE problem you are solving, (your offer most likely will solve many problems, but you need to focus on that ONE specific one that calls out to your audience), What is that ONE that your audience is willing and able to pay for?

Step three- Create your Unique methodology that will take them from Pain island to pleasure island. This is your secret sauce, this is your process broken down into smaller bite-size pieces, once you have your main topics you can break them down into micro pieces.

Step four- price our offer at a price point that is a no-brainer for your audience. Meaning your value and the benefits you’re offering is worth 10x more than what the price is.

Step five- uncover what would happen if your clients don’t invest in your program, what would change? This is how you start to overcome objections.

According to Google, Overwhelming basically means Strong or very great in amount. Any feeling or emotion felt strongly or in a great amount can be overwhelming.

I’ve helped so many people when it comes to being Overwhelmed as that is one of the biggest things women face when it comes to growing a business alongside “life.”

I have good news and bad news,

Time to Spring ahead and get out of your comfort zone.

They say success lies right outside your comfort zone, do you agree?

Here's the thing you will always have to push yourself out of your comfort zone because although your comfort zone might stretch it will always be there. The important thing to learn is how to stretch it so you keep challenging yourself and your brain to be better and try new things.

To be successful means that you need to intentionally choose what you want to do, even if you're nervous, scared, or afraid. You do it anyways and that is what keeps you growing.

Grow your business with 5 C's

People ask me all the time, “What is the secret of getting more clients?”

You might have the same questions.

I revert back to the 5 C’s related to getting clients.

It starts with the first C.

1st C =Clarity:

Clarity around your Offer,  who you are serving, what problem you are solving, and how you solve it.

Clarity not only helps attracts the right audience, but it also helps you manage your brain around what actions you need to take.

Once you are super clear about your offer, this will help you build the courage to take the necessary actions.

2nd C = Courage.

We are all born with Courage, but many of us don’t know how to use our courage. Courage is the ability to do something that frightens you, but you do it anyway.

This is where you take action despite your fear. Putting yourself out there will be scary, but once you push yourself out of your comfort zone, you will start to build confidence in your ability.

3rd C = Confidence.

Confidence is the feeling or belief that one can rely on someone or something, in this case, you are relying on yourself. Use your courage to build confidence that will help you show up to attracting in the right clients. When you have confidence, you will rely on yourself to show up consistently to build your presence.

4th C= Consistency

Consistency build help you build that know, like, and trust factor with your audience. When you consistently provide value, your audience will be attracted to you.  Like attract Like when you’re clear in your offer, find your courage to push past your fear confident in yourself, and show up consistently you will receive the 5th C which is CLIENTS

5th C = CLIENTS!!

What does Power washing have to do with Business building?

What does Power washing have to do with Business building?

Call me crazy but I love Spring clean-up.  I live in New England where we have all 4 seasons and as we are transitioning from Winter to Spring, and lot of cleanup to get ready for Spring.

I borrowed a power washer from my friend to give our brick wall a fresh new cleaning.

As I was power washing, I started to think about how it’s very similar to building a business.

Number 1,

No matter how messy something is, with a little focus and consistency your power can clean it right up.

As I was power-washing I realized that when I got into a rhythm I was able to stay more consistent in cleaning the dirt and mold off the wall. It was a lot faster than when I was all over the place, not really sure what I was doing at first.

For business, things might get a little messy and disorganized, and that’s okay as long as you stay focused and consistent you can clean it right up.

Number 2, the closer I got to the problem the easier it was to clean.

Let me just let you know that over the Winter, lots of molds, moss, and dirt get all over the brick wall lining my driveway.  I started off cleaning holding the washer pretty far back but wasn’t making much progress. The closer I brought it to the area that needed cleaning the easier it came off. (or got clean)

In business, it’s when you narrow in on that ONE problem you can solve for your clients is when you’re able to help them much faster and easier. We try to help everyone but you can only help one person at a time with one problem.

Number 3

It took a lot longer than I thought it would.

I totally underestimated how long it was going to take, but once I started I had to finish. By the time I finished, I was wet, tired, and very very dirty.

In Business, we want things to happen overnight, although we know it can’t. Growing a business does take a while and there will be days when you want to give up, things might get messy, and you might be very tired, But if you stick with it you will have a beautiful, well ran business. OR, in my power washing case a clean wall.

Just like power washing, you too can clean up any mess you make, and in the end, you will have want you set yourself up for.

Learning v.s Doing

We love to learn, don't we? As entrepreneurs we find ourselves wanting to know everything and learn more and more about how we can better ourselves and our business, which is a great thing, but it could also be very time-consuming. We can also find ourselves getting stuck in the learning phase and never getting out. 


Here is the thing, when we are learning we are not doing. Doing is what will get us results. 


It's easy to get sucked in feeling like we "worked" all day in our business when we feel like we learned a lot.


There needs to be an even balance between learning and applying. The only way you will get results is when you take action on what you learned.

New Year new you!! And the only way to create a new you, is by changing the way you think. Remember your thoughts create your feelings, which drive your actions and get you results. Step 1, become aware of what you are thinking. Stop listening to yourself and start talking to yourself. Step 2, practice a new thought, when you catch yourself in a negative tone, you can choose a new though that will redirect your brain. Step 3, take ownership of the results you have. It's not the circumstances fault its how you react to them that will push you past it. Then when all is done write down a list of new thoughts that will help push you out of a funk and into motivation, choose one that will carry you through.
