The C word is something I couldn't bring myself to say even when someone close to me had to go through it twice. Every person goes through it differently and no specialist or doctor could ever give you the answer to the question we all search for "why me?".
I sit down and interview an amazing lady, mother and human Shelby as she takes me through her journey and what she did next after her diagnosis.

Life after miscarriage feat Heather Alysay Ep 18
*trigger warning, this episode contains a story from my guest about loss and miscarriage*
Recently I was watching the news and The federal government has introduced legislation that will add miscarriage to the compassionate and bereavement leave entitlement, which means two days of paid leave will be provided to those who miscarry before 20 weeks.
That made me think how hard it would be to go through a miscarriage and then just get back to work, so I decided to interview a brave woman who shared her story was vulnerable throughout this episode so someone out there who isn't so brave and not ready yet could find a micro solice in this episode.
Please see professional help if you are not coping but also see below companies that are a great resource
