Welcome to the MHPodcast hosted by the Mental Health Peers (MHPs)! We are a group of undergraduate and graduate students at UC Santa Barbara who are dedicated to addressing mental health concerns in our communities. We serve as liaisons between UCSB Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) and the student body, and promote wellness through workshops, events, peer counseling, and more. Whether you are from UCSB or elsewhere, we hope that we can broaden and deepen your perspective on mental wellness!
Hi everyone! We're back, but this time with a few other MHPs who shared their self-care journey during COVID-19, what their biggest challenge has been and how they've been able to overcome it, and more! Tune in to hear what they have to say and we hope you enjoy today's episode!
