In this episode, my guest is Newen Fara, a relationship design coach from Amsterdam. Together we discuss the concept of the "Relationship Agreement Document". Despite its legal-sounding moniker, a relationship contract isn't a binding agreement. Rather, it's a tool for couples to express their needs and work together to craft the parameters of their own unique relationship roadmap: including anything and everything from health and housework, to sex and intimacy.

In this episode, I'm delving into the power of men's work. I will be doing this with Hajee Pepping, a friend of mine & fellow men's coach, who's been transforming men's lives for many years now with his company Mankracht. 

In this podcast, we'll explore what I'd like to call the 1st wave of masculism - call it the masculine version of feminism. Women have been fighting to improve themselves and their position in society for many years with feminism currently being in its 4th wave. But what strides have men made for themselves to evolve along with our women into bettered versions of themselves?

We’ll zoom into this by looking at the foundations of masculine evolution & the power and necessity of men's groups, all based on our experiences with working with men.

This week the rights of women in the USA got a massive blow after Roe vs Wader was overturned. As such, sex has now become a risky activity for women. Now it just so happened that on 31 May I recorded a podcast about how men can provide and increase sexual safety for women. It now even seems more relevant than ever as men also need to become more aware of their responsibilities and consequences surrounding sex.

I explore this topic with my guest Daphne van der Putten. She's the owner and founder of Integral Pelvic Therapy, a midwife, educator, IPT-Practitioner and the founder and owner of Dana Birth Center. On top of that, she's very knowledgeable about conscious sexuality.

This week my guest is Damian Bohler, a seasoned facilitator & trainer in authentic relating from Byron Bay, Australia. Some days ago he published a  post on social media that really took off, opening with the following sentence: "I call bullshit on the polarity teaching notion that men should never bring their emotionality into their relationship and to their woman."

This opened a can of fat & juicy worms around the topic of spiritual dogma in my mind, so I decided to invite him and pick his brain on this topic. Damien accepted and this became our starting point to delve into spiritual dogma and how they perpetuate or even increase the problems we hoped they'd solve.

Most men think they're great drivers - the same usually goes for how they perform in bed. Regrettably, most of us are blind when it comes to our skills between the sheets. And regrettably, women confirm this. 

To shed more light on this, for my first podcast I gathered the top 3 mistakes men make in bed from a large number of women. I discuss these most common f#ckups in bed as well as our own with intimacy and sexuality expert & former tantric gigolo Yves Bonroy. In addition, he shares tips for men as well as women to help men improve in bed.
