I listened to a youtube video and he mentioned "is what you're doing a credit or debit to your account?".
It got me thinking.
I usually strive to think, "is this action helping me?", but when I hear it put into the analogy of 'debit expense versus a credit to your account', it makes it super easy to understand. Haha.

My friend, and professional writer Erin brings up an excellent topic - Keto. She's a fellow rocker, and get's bombarded with Instagram ads all the time about losing weight. Some of the advice that floats around can be confusing, overwhelming, and is marketed as an 'easy' fix, and frankly, irritates the he** out of me. What is the fuss all about anyway?
First off, losing weight and losing fat are two ENTIRELY different things! Secondly, losing a lot of fat takes time. There is no magic pill, diet, or anything. I lost 40 lbs and rebuilt my body and have kept it off even during 2020.
