miThursday Thought 4 : Gen Z wont action your Career offer on Social Media
Gemma Hallett shares why you need to live in a functional app on a young persons smartphone and why ‘actions’ are happening away from social media. Your presence and visibility on a functional app is crucial! It’s where the “action” happens.
So when it comes to raising awareness of your career opportunities for Generation Z, you best make sure it's in a compartmentalised place on their smartphone to make the application and get their info... relying on social media with a link to a job description page wont cut it anymore, it's a huge frustration and pain point for Gen Z.
But focusing just on the social media aspect right now, we share with you our learning and insights into this generation.
