In this episode, we discuss being okay with hanging by yourself. Whether it be shopping at the grocery store for a meal we saw on Tiktok, or going to get our feet done at the salon , we as women need to be okay with just simply vibing alone sometimes. We can find more value within ourselves and get into a deeper understanding of who we are when we tap into that just US time.

Isolate till you Elevate
In this episode, we discuss how isolation is important to our growth and development, as black women in the natural and spiritual realm. Isolating yourself from anyone and anything that can render you from going to the next level is essential. We will no longer hold on to bad vibes, including people. Sarah Jake Roberts reminds us how Jesus positions us to be alone because he has prepared us to walk through this storm with him beside us, and that he is all we need. Having faith in yourself, and God will allow you to cut ties with anyone and anything that no longer serves your good.

Choose Yourself
In this episode, we discuss choosing yourself within relationships and friendships that no longer serve us. Throughout life, we fear being deemed selfish if we choose ourselves over people and situations that do nothing but cause us hell. We forget our value and worth when we allow people to have more control over our lives than us. We are taking our power back and choosing us!

Stop Procrastinating: 13 Reasons Why!
In this episode, we discuss how making excuses only hinders us from our goals, and dreams. We as not only black women, but humans, constantly make excuses for ourselves on why we cannot do things, and focus on the negatives rather than the things we can do, and using that to motivate us. We tend to let fear of failure, lack of support, and much more deter us from our success. When we stop making excuses for why we can't do, we can truly tap into what we can do!

Have Faith
In this episode, we discuss the power of faith. At times in life, faith is all we have to get through tough situations; whether it be faith in religion, or internal or external relationships. Faith teaches us to let go of our worry, anxiety, and fears. We need to let go, and focus on believing that things will work itself out, and that we will be successful!

Protecting Black Women
In this episode, we unpack embedded racism against black women amongst society. Malcolm X's famous quote about the lack of protection black women have from society is a direct response to the unfair treatment black and brown women have and continue to face. The question is why? Why are we being treated differently? Who is protecting us black women? The episode also discusses how we can combat hate through self love, and self care. We may not be treated equally, but we shall continue to break social barriers, and have these tough conversations to promote advocacy and awareness to stories like Breonna Taylor, Sandra Bland, and other black victims.

Live Out Loud!
Progress is Key
In this episode, we discuss progress, and the value of progress to your future self. Progress is not something that happens overnight. Even our favorite influencer's are a work in progress. We must use everyday as a tool to work towards our future selves.
Erasing Failure From Your Vocabulary
In this season opener episode, we discuss erasing failure from your vocabulary and what that looks like. Many of us struggle with being fearful of failure, and what people will think of us if we fail. We encourage the idea of erasing failure from your vocabulary for your own success; at times we can be our own worst enemy and use fear as a way to steer us away from our goals, and dreams. We also discuss some of the things we need to do as young women to put ourselves in the position to succeed through examples like Beyonce, Nicki, and more incredible black women.
What's to Come?
