You have goals and work hard everyday to achieve them. You follow a exercise regiment, eat certain things, track it all and take your supplements. I have a question, why? Why are you doing the things you do? Are you happy? Are you satisfied. Are you healthy and relatively pain free. Will you keep this up for the rest of your life? If you answered no to any of these questions then again I ask, why are you doing it. If you never lost a pound or changed the way you look, would you still do those things.
