He is risen! We must move past today with the revelation that Christ is risen and we are risen with Him! We look at culture vs. scripture.

The incarnation is God's gift to all of the human race. Don't leave the gift unopened under the tree of life. 

Advent Sunday, Love. The divine meets the human. God with us.

Joy! Joy! Joy! Again, I say RE-Joice! You will want to listen to today's discussion as you prepare your heart for the coming of Christ-God among us.

This is the second Sunday of Advent-Peace. Christ is coming to you daily and by surrendering those lesser things that fill our minds and hearts with anxiety we allow the peace of Christ to rule in our lives.

This is the first Sunday of the Advent season-Hope. What is God birthing in your heart today? It is our earnest expectation and wonder that allows the miracle to be born into our lives.

It is Christ the King Sunday, the last Sunday of regular time.  We culminate our discussion of thankfulness with Peter's confession, "You are the Christ, the son of the living God".

We continue our talk about thankfulness. Many times in our life we look to Jesus to "fix it" and what we really need to do is settle down and trust Him to see us through. A thankful heart will keep us in line with what God wants us to learn about ourselves and humble enough to allow the Holy Spirit to transform us by grace.

Today we are talking about the spiritual law and practice of thankfulness. A thankful heart must be present to make the reflection and celebration of Advent meaningful and not just a religious exercise.

We need to make sure that we always come back to the true message of salvation for our lives. God loves you-the unique you that He created. God wants to collaborate with us to live out our very best lives.

Jesus teaches us that the Kingdom of Heaven in like a king that invites everyone to the wedding banquet and even the garments are fully provided!

We talk about the flow of grace/mercy, wisdom, and the power of the Holy Spirit.

Are you looking for an emotional experience, or committed life as a disciple of Christ? Are you allowing Christ to transform your life from the inside out? We talk about it today.

Are you rooted and grounded in the love and favor that Christ has for you? Does this occupy your imagination or do you immediately expect the worst? Are you moving toward God today, or away? We talk about it today.

We are thankful for the freedom we have in America, but ultimately, until we all live from our eternal freedom in Christ we can never be free.

Stuff happens! We need to learn to ask God how Christ can be more fully revealed in me as we go through the storms of life.

Today is Father's Day and we talk about the unity God calls us to walk in-there in lies the blessing. 

The Father, Son, Holy Spirit. We talk about the reality of the Holy Spirit and our special relationship with the Father, through the Son. A mystery but a divine reality for our lives.

We talk about how misguided expectations on Sunday will always lead to a crucifixion on Friday.

Christmas Sunday! Mary is called, "Theotokos", "God Bearer". The epiphany of Christmas is that now the manifest presence of Christ is present within us and as we awake to salvation we grow the very presence of Christ in the world and also within us.

Today we celebrate the first Sunday of Advent, Hope.  May we all awaken to the coming of Christ to the world then, now, and in the ages to come.

Being thankful is more than just a feel good idea. It is a way of life and attitude toward life. We talk today about how a change in attitude toward your present situation can align you with the very nature of God.
