CARBS DON'T MAKE YOU FAT - EP 002
In this episode, Michele stands up against the "mumbo jumbo" that carbs make you fat.   While it's true, you can lose fat by cutting out carbohydrates, the real question is "why cut out carbs completely from your diet if it's not necessary for effective weight loss and control?"   Besides being absolutely delicious, carbs provide energy to fuel your day and more importantly, your workout.  So, while it's true you can actually burn fat while eating carbs daily, the key is eating the right types of carbs at the right time of day.
