It's hard to say Good-Bye! Season 4; Episode 233
After much thought and many prayers, Michele has made the tough decision to let go of the podcast. Lauren has shown such amazing support for Michele at this turning point. This will be our last episode for the Well-Yes! podcast. We share how difficult this is to say good-bye but encourage our listeners to follow our example and not be afraid of letting go of things that do not align with our goals which can change as we continue to grow. We are so thankful for our loyal followers and we hope you will continue to support us in our future ventures.

Savannah needed to go on a healing journey before she could become the person who could help others as a Health and Body Image Coach. Focusing on her body and how it looked was something Savannah needed to push past. She needed to heal from the dysfunctional thinking after a life of competitive sports and messages she received from everywhere as she grew up. She realized she needed to let go of things that didn't serve her like stepping on the scale or looking at weight goals. She also surrounded herself with books, podcasts and people who lifted her up to heal and grow past these old and dysfunctional patterns. This was a process she needed to move through which took time for this evolution. "I wanted to attract the people who craved healing and bettering themselves", which has led her start a new program to help women love themselves.

To make matters worse, when she returned to high school months later, she struggled with friendship issues when a friend made up stories about her. Susan kept her head up and pushed through the continuous physical pain and emotional isolation to complete high school only to become involved with a guy when she was in college who stalked her when she didn't want to see him anymore. She again had the strength and tenacity to push past this difficult time and go on to a career as a therapist to help others who have experienced pain, isolation and trauma. This gorgeous young woman is a dynamo who never gives up and never gives in. She is a role model for anyone going through difficult situations.
