In this episode, I get to speak to Grant Denton- a man with a hard past who created healing in his life through sobriety and a strong mental attitude.  He serves his community through various outreach programs, his most recognized being The Karma Box Project. Grant is a real powerhouse.  We talk about surviving childhood trauma, abuse, homelessness- and how he transformed his life into the success it is today. His story is inspiring, and it's personal. 

I have come back to the Shire (eh, Reno) after a 3 1/2 month long solo trip across the country! It's been an incredible experience. Truly life changing. Travel is now one of my great loves. I drove into Nevada on the tail of the gargantuan fires eating at The American West... a surreal time to come back. I ramble a little, so cringe if you must.  Cringe is part of the podcast "birthing" process :) ALSO! Merch is coming
