My recovery from a covert passive aggressive narcissist female

We was addicted to them like a drug , and drugs are not good for us and to us , just like the female narcissist. That’s why the trauma bond was so hard . We was coming off the drug , cold turkey , even when they showed us their ugly true self

Narcissist have fake love for their targeted victims. They use us to learn from us how ‘normal ‘ people do things are emotional responses. Just like a child learning to walk. We was targets to a predator doesn’t matter that she is female , it’s not about gender , it’s the predator actions of these people

There is ALWAYS a narcissist be hide the narcissist we was with. And that is usually there mothers , as most of the time mothers are the parent who bring up the child . And from there is how narcissists are created . Sharon is a classic CPAN . And her mother most probably a venerable narcissist (a covert narcissist)

My ex CPAN said to me her and her (toxic narc family) are going to hurt me . Cold sobering words , from someone who said she loved me . These people do not see things like regular people they make up lies and stories to tie into their false self and then enabled by narc families…

Please remember that Women can and do abuse .. narcissistic women use the police and courts to abuse their victims more . If you are a victim of the narcissist Sharon and her narcissist family , tell people don’t let them away with the pain , gaslighting, manipulation and bigotry and racism that they infect on others ..

Sharon is a troubled woman from a toxic narcissistic family , she is really disturbed and can’t be helped (I did try) I gave everything to try to help and support her . But she lives in a false world in her head to “protect” her self (her words) and she lies and uses people to make her life more interesting….. Sharon is troubled and trouble …. Look out for the narcissist family , with no friends and always drama in their family. Racist and bigoted views . Once you know the traits you can see them . My ex CPAN lives with her narcissist, racist, bigot family in Motherwell . Be careful of them they lie to police and cheat and manipulate the justice system to get their vengeance on people

The CPAN had the most terrifying stare and a good many times she unleashed her narcissist stare , I had never felt so uncomfortable

Sharon the CPAN will be in handcuffs for the lies in police statement and false allegations , and also for coresive control and order emotional and mental abuse . Women are also abusers , learnt because she comes and came from a toxic abusive , racist family

The CPAN makes us feel insecure during the relationship to confuse us and then use that insecurity they created to control our feelings and emotions and then that turns into controlling us . It happened to me with my ex CPAN girlfriend, and it happens to many victims/ survivors of narcissistic abuse

The biggest lie the the female and any narcissist will tell is that they love us. And SS is no different to any other narcissist

At the core of narcissism is low self esteem , usually from their narcissist mother and a toxic family. They are unable to believe that they are the problem and usually the family they come from. All the red flags are there , we just need to know what red flags to look for , and we need to stop giving these people the benefit of the doubt . They feed off our compassion and empathy

And tell stories they believe to play the victim .

Narcissist will always be just that, however their victims will heal and be happy once again . A narcissist will continue doing what they have done and surrounding themselves with enablers and flying monkeys. The narcissist will always blame others for situations they have created and lie and make up stories to get them out of the situation

This is what I would say to my ex CPAN girlfriend . I am sorry you have a personality disorder, I wish you haven’t, sorry you come from the family that you do, wish you didn’t use and abuse me and blame me for what you did to me and you acted and played a victim . I understand what you are . Really wish you wasn’t a covert passive aggressive narcissist

The female CPAN targeted me , used me and abused me. She would of done this before and since discarding me. These female narcissist are experts at playing a victim. So she can get control as she has none in her projected life. But behide closed doors it’s another story

A narcissist believes the stories and lies they make up , doesn’t matter who they hurt , and they know what they are doing it . Because it makes them look like the victim , it the abuser they are , especially when they are a female narcissist

Narcissist are raised by narcissist usually their mothers

When we catch them cheating with their “friend” it says more about the person they are , no morals , no love , just looking for attention to feed their need for supply

Most narcissist are raised by narcissist and /or have narcissist family members. My ex CPAN girlfriend is no different she comes from a covert narcissist mother and two narcissist sisters

Why do police and courts believe women abusers that they were abused . When they are the abusers and why it’s so hard for men victims to get believed and justice .

The female abuser who pretends to be a victim . She is a CPA Narcissist. She is very dangerous and she walks amongst us . She will cheat with your partner , she has a history of cheating with married men with children. For her control , and to feel like she is wanted she uses the only tool she has to get it her body. She has nothing to give as she knows she isn’t a good person she is the SS…

CPAN women , are some of the most dangerous, this is why

She lies and her enablers and flying monkeys lie for her and to her ..

This is why a female CPAN will cheat with married men , and why they don’t care about the women who are married to these men , they give themselves the lie that they are just “friends”
