Episode 5 - Detention
Immigration detention is not a new phenomenon. However, many people are blissfully unaware of these centres, where thousands of migrants are involuntarily held. In this episode, we discuss what immigration detention is, the purpose of these centres and whether there is a need for such a setup. We also discuss what kinds of support can be provided to the detainees whilst they are kept in detention.

Episode 3 - Mental Health
Refugees already face many challenges in the process of leaving their country. The journey and entry into the UK, alongside applying for refugee status, affects an individual's physical and mental health. In this episode, we discuss the importance of helping refugees rebuild their confidence and overcome their past traumas.

In this episode, we delve into the opportunities available in the UK for refugees in terms of employment and business. We discuss the challenges refugees face whilst working in the UK and the contribution refugees make to society. We challenge the false narrative, often associated with refugees, that they “take Britain’s jobs”.
