Tonights episode is done with a heavy heart. Moments ago a young black mans life was lost not far from my home at the hands of a police officer. Waking up to this news 2 hours before my brokers birthday sent a cloud a negativity flying over me and what felt like the while city for a moment. Lives we also lost on the near by highway in an act of roadrage violence. How do I find light in THIS darkness?

In this New mini series we will get to talk about some of the situations that happen in our lives that are huge anxiety triggers for us and how to look at them differently so that we can exercise a truly positive and productive lifestyle. This podcast mini-series takes on a spiritual tone and it is my hope that that spirituality is the binding force between me and African-American of Millennials out there and that this miniseries allows us to reclaim our spirituality and our peace love and soul. Here I'll show you my personal stories and also hear some stories from you guys and we will work through, together, how to best look at that situation so that we experience the least amount of anxiety and the least amount of stress. We come up with intentional goals to avoid that disruption of peace and encourage us to become accustomed to seeing through. This will not only be a spiritual journey but a logical one.
