Thank you so much for holding out 2 weeks without an episode! Today I'm talking about how doubt can actually be pretty beneficial & help you reassess yourself to what really matters in your life. Tune in to gain some wisdom!
So I went to my first Austin Podcasters event this weekend and I realized that I wasn't the only one struggling in some way with this passion. It made me think that every goal/dream that we have and work towards is going to bring its own set of difficulties that will challenge us. We shouldn't get discouraged because things get hard, we should just learn to be more patient & understanding with ourselves to realize that no matter the obstacle, we can surpass it. Listen in to hear me ramble some more :)
This week we are talking about good & bad motivators! What do you say when people ask you why you do something? Is it an intrinsic reason, or an external one? This is something I'm struggling with now, I never realized that my source of motivation might have been wrong. I rely too heavily on competition on a sense of motivation!
Listen in to get some wisdom!
Today I'm calling ya'll out on your ISH. In order to accomplish any goal, you need an idea of how you are going to get there! Well, today I'm talking about how we actually can create this plan! From speaking to others, to changing it when life gives you a good old slap in the face. We tackle creating a plan together!
With that into I hope you all give it a listen!
We all have a time when we keep hearing the same message from different people but it never really seems to click. Then all of a sudden you find yourself in the middle of a conversation hearing the same advice but from the right person, time place, whatever it may be & it just clicks in your mind. You finally understand what people have been telling you.
Listen in on how this Aha moment is possible and what it what we can do to finally get in front of the right person!
I'm sure you can see a trend of me being stressed and learning to deal with new goals, pressures, and things in life. I'm stressing obsessively about the things i care about to the point where it is counter productive. Listen in, to see how i got this Aha moment!
I wanted to just take a second to discuss when we spread ourselves to thin and end up making mistakes/ dropping the ball. Well we have to see it as just a way for us to learn and grow from it. its out actions after we make a mistake that truly end up defining us.
I hope you all have a wonderful week!
Today's episode is about how reflecting on what we should be grateful full for can help give up that little push we need to keep working towards out goals. I hope you all give it a listen!!!

So I have been struggling with how I see an an opportunntiy at work, I realized that I was just telling myself I would never get it. BUT LET ME TELL YOU, I'm not holding back, I KNOW I CAN and more importantly I WILL WORK HARD TO GET IT. We can all accomplish the improbable, IF WE THINK WE CAN. Listen in to see how this applies (If you still don't know).

today i'm taking about when we come to an end of a stage of our lives to begin a new one. But in the transition from one to the other, we get thrown for a loop and end up like the Mr. Krabbs meme. Listen in to not end up like that.
Today's episode is a bit longer due to me really getting into the topic! We all have the feeling on anxiousness when making a decision. Not knowing what to do can be paralyzing when we are trying to decide. But in reality, it is just another way of stalling and putting off making a decision. Listen in on why we should pick something that interest us and just stick with it!
Also I am so sorry for all my mispronunciations and mishaps when speaking.
