Everything that's worth it is hard
Hello Loves,  So I went to my first Austin Podcasters event this weekend and I realized that I wasn't the only one struggling in some way with this passion. It made me think that every goal/dream that we have and work towards is going to bring its own set of difficulties that will challenge us. We shouldn't get discouraged because things get hard, we should just learn to be more patient & understanding with ourselves to realize that no matter the obstacle, we can surpass it. Listen in to hear me ramble some more :)  Much love,  Daniela Ocampo

What are your true drivers of motivation?
Hello Loves,  This week we are talking about good & bad motivators! What do you say when people ask you why you do something? Is it an intrinsic reason, or an external one? This is something I'm struggling with now, I never realized that my source of motivation might have been wrong. I rely too heavily on competition on a sense of motivation!  Listen in to get some wisdom!

Sometimes we just need to hear it from the right person
We all have a time when we keep hearing the same message from different people but it never really seems to click. Then all of a sudden you find yourself in the middle of a conversation hearing the same advice but from the right person, time place, whatever it may be & it just clicks in your mind.  You finally understand what people have been telling you.  Listen in on how this Aha moment is possible and what it what we can do to finally get in front of the right person!  Much love! Hello Lovelys,  I wanted to just take a second to discuss when we spread ourselves to thin and end up making mistakes/ dropping the ball. Well we have to see it as just a way for us to learn and grow from it. its out actions after we make a mistake that truly end up defining us.  I hope you all have a wonderful week!  Mucho love,  Dani

Take out of your element - Sucks but we gotta do it

Just pick something & stick with it!
Today's episode is a bit longer due to me really getting into the topic! We all have the feeling on anxiousness when making a decision. Not knowing what to do can be paralyzing when we are trying to decide. But in reality, it is just another way of stalling and putting off making a decision. Listen in on why we should pick something that interest us and just stick with it!  Also I am so sorry for all my mispronunciations and mishaps when speaking.  Links below:  Ted Radio hour, the episode i spoke about is actually called Decisions, Decisions, Decisions  https://www.npr.org/programs/ted-radio-hour/519264798/decisions-decisions-decisions   How I Built This: by Guy Raz   https://www.npr.org/podcasts/510313/how-i-built-this
