This time they are joined by registered dietician, Jessie Hoffman, who has a PhD in nutritional sciences and is a very keen gut microbiome researcher. 

Join them as they discuss the importance of our gut microbiome in our bodies (it is now considered an organ in itself!) and they also clear the water on the 'leaky gut syndrome'.
