Guide: Pareto Principle or 80/20 rule: the law of the critical few and unimportant many- Mindgifts
Mindgifts actionable guide: "Applying 80/20 principles in your life by creating 2 critical lists."  Step #1: "80/20 rule: the law of the critical few and unimportant many"  Get full access to this step, exercises, quiz, and actions to take at Mindgifts:  https://mindgifts.org/guide/12/applying-80%2F20-principles-in-your-life-by-creating-2-critical-lists  _____  About this episode:  The Pareto Principle is often known as the 80/20 rule or the law of the critical few and unimportant many. You will possibly free up hundreds of extra hours this year if you apply it to your daily routine.  Pareto discovered a universal truth:  Only 20% of your everyday actions are responsible for 80% of your success, money, and personal satisfaction. If you kept track of every waking hour of your life, you'd soon learn, as Pareto did, that:  ● You spend 80% of your time wearing the same 20% of your wardrobe.  ● You use 80% of your awake hours thinking the same 20% of your ideas.  ● At 80% of your meals, you eat the same 20% of your favorite foods… etc.  The pattern is sometimes 90/10 or 70/30 or even 99/1, where just 1% of the elements provide you with 99 percent of the advantages. ____ Follow Mindgifts on:  Twitter: https://twitter.com/mind_gifts  Podcast: https://anchor.fm/mind-gifts  Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/mind_gifts  Tiktok: https://www.tiktok.com/@mindgifts  Pinterest: https://www.pinterest.com/mind_gifts  - Alex Zozovsky  #productivity #success #80/20 #ParetoPrinciple

Why your subconscious mind can be scared and sabotage your goals? - Mindgifts - Alex Zozovsky
Why your subconscious mind can be scared and sabotage your goals?    Access the complete guide here: https://mindgifts.org/guide/10/how-to-use-your-subconscious-mind-to-achieve-goals-easier How to Set Goals In the right way? Here are some secrets of goal setting and achieving.  Subconscious primary function is to keep you safe at all times, no matter what happens.   It is afraid of punishment, retaliation, or guilt.   When such an attitude happens, it closes up to protect you.   A subconscious mind will stop supporting your goals if you use punishment against its efforts.    This case can be noticeable when plans don't work as expected.    Also, this is the primary reason individuals are in doubt about pursuing large ambitions.    Their subconscious is scared of failure, so they won't even try.   And when there is a lot of pressure and guilt from a person after some unsuccessful attempts, the subconscious mind can stop supporting and lead to the constant fear of doing something...   #goals #subconscious #success #subconsciousmind

Why do most people fail to use a subconscious mind in goal achievement and struggle? - Alex Zozovsky
Why do most people fail to use a subconscious mind in goal achievement and struggle?    Access the complete guide here: https://mindgifts.org/guide/10/how-to-use-your-subconscious-mind-to-achieve-goals-easier How to Set Goals In the right way?  Here are some secrets of goal setting and achieving not many people know about.   A metaphor: let’s say an airplane is a human mind. The engine with a plane is subconscious mind (~90% of total aircraft), and the pilot with his cabine is conscious mind (~10%).   The engine of the plane gives you a natural lift.    Unfortunately, people frequently try to reach their goals, utilizing only conscious minds - letting the pilot drag the plane.   This often happens when there is significant pressure on the subconscious mind.  For example, there are impossible deadlines or too demanding requirements or goals.   This situation can lead the pilot to get concerned, climb out of his pilot cabin, and drag the jet to the desired destination.   Such a case can cause many hardships because you don’t leverage your full possibilities.    The conscious mind, which is only 10% of your mind, is responsible for logical decisions and tries to make an additional 90% of the findings in your life.    #goals #subconscious #success #subconsciousmind
