So I started Mind Mentor because my entire life I have been able to psychoanalyze people as a gift on the fly. I used to do this for fun in college and was almost always correct in my ability to see past people's facades and inauthentic selves. I was never one to conform and had a flip phone for my entire life. I was always interested in objectivity and insight and perspective and trying to navigate past subjectivity to find logical ways of thinking grounded in truth instead of emotion.
I decided the best way to use my analysis skills was to create a questionnaire that allows me to see people's minds in a very different way that they may be used to. I believe by having them write down all their thoughts in a structured and strategic manner, they are more likely to be honest with themselves and with me than if I were to ask them the same questions on the spot in person or over a zoom call. This is because often as humans, we try to fill up empty silent space immediately because our emotions. Our emotions also may influence the way we perceive, listen and respond in the moment, which is why most people are not as self aware as they think and why therapy may not be best for everyone.
My Mind Analysis approach and process allows people to spend more time with the questions on their own (or over the phone or zoom with me) and allows them to transcribe emotions and perceptions that would take a conventional therapist weeks if not months to get to. Then, once I have their Self Mind Analysis document, that already facilitates advanced introspection and thought-provoking self reflection, I analyze it further for them, consolidate all their answers, pull out their core issues, perceptions and negative thoughts and also highlight their strengths. I also lay out a brief strategy and action plan for them to follow or explore with a therapist, life coach or me as their mind mentor over the next 12 months to start making more effective progress for all their main issues. Again, this eliminates the time and money it takes to find, hire, go to and talk to a therapist or life coach.

People don’t know their own top ten problems and especially don’t think about the 2 most impactful problems that if they were to be solved would resolve the remaining 8. Without knowing what effects you the most, you could be wasting your time on issues that account for a small percentage and reason for hour current situation.
Questions for self reflection: Do you know why you are here? What is your current situation like? Are happy with where you are in life right now? Are you currently suffering or experiencing some kind of pain in your life? What kind of questions are going on inside your head right now? What are your desires? What are you afraid of? If you don’t intimately know your answers to these questions, you will be manipulated by those who do. Who Am I? I’m a mentor, mind analyst, CBT Coach, it doesn’t really matter what you call me, I am really just a human who knows how to facilitate effective self-reflection that develops advanced self-awareness that helps with more objective interpretations of reality. I teach people become more self-aware and to understand who they really are deep down and why they have the fears they have, why they feel anxious, why they want what they want and why they allow others to manipulate their feelings without even knowing it.
