William Shewfelt is an actor, speaker, and health coach. He was nominated for Favorite TV Actor at the 2018 Kids Choice Awards for his portrayal of Brody the Red Ranger on Power Rangers Ninja Steel (2017-2018). He is the host of the Will to Win Podcast and co-host of the Better, Stronger, Faster Podcast with Chris Bell. William has had a lifelong passion for diet and exercise since he was 12 years old. After exploring plant-based, paleo, keto, and flexible dieting approaches—he found incredible results on a Carnivore Diet and has been spreading the message for the past two years. At an early age, he began winning essay competitions and spelling bees. He started karate lessons at the age of 5 and competed in multiple karate tournaments.
