Most recently, she was at Nasdaq on a small team that reimagined the way we covered companies going public on the stock exchange. On any given day, she hosted live segments spotlighting entrepreneurs and produced Nasdaq's first podcast: Tomorrow's Capital. Constanza Eliana Chinea (She/Her) is a Brown Latine (Boricua) Decolonial educator, journalist, producer, speaker, activist, and mental wellness advocate. She is the co-host and producer of The Stranger Fruit show and podcast, founder of the Anti-Oppression Social Club and Academy, and freelance journalist for multiple media outlets.
She began consulting after noticing a need for anti-racist and decolonial advocacy in the wellness industry where she taught Yoga and Meditation for 11 years. She has been producing content and media on how to decolonize mindset, create equity for people of color, and enact anti-racist and anti-oppressive principles in daily life for the past 5 years.
She has been featured in Refinery 29, Latino Rebels, Well + Good, Forbes, Speaking of Racism podcast, Yoga Journal, Latinish Podcast, and many more. She has led signature workshops like “Dismantling Colonial Mentality” and “Unpacking Identity, Dismantling Power”.

Nidia has two bachelor degrees in anthropology and Chicana/o Studies from SDSU and a master's degree in anthropology from The Ohio State University. Nayeli has a bachelor's degree in art education from CSULB and a teaching credential. She has 14 years of experience serving as a teacher in the field of Early Childhood Education, implementing different teaching philosophies, and developing bilingual educational resources for teachers, parents, and children.
Nadia has two bachelor degrees in political science and Chicana/o Studies from SDSU, and a master's degree in applied anthropology from SDSU. She has worked extensively with nonprofit organizations in education focusing on curriculum development, parent engagement, and advocacy for equitable and quality education for students.

There are so many myths and misconceptions of what you can or can't do financially as an Immigrant and we dive into what YOU CAN do with Adina, Financial Coach and Immigration Attorney.
Adina Appelbaum is an immigration attorney, financial and online business coach, podcaster, blogger, and social entrepreneur focused on empowering immigrant families. She co-created the Immigrant Finance™ platform with her husband Mauricio to share their journey building wealth as a family after Mauricio immigrated to the U.S. from Ecuador and they could not find anything on the internet about finances for immigrants. Their goal is to empower immigrants and their families with personal finance education and online business development so they can make the shift from surviving to thriving and build generational wealth. As an immigration lawyer, Adina was also inspired to raise awareness about finances for the immigrant community after representing hundreds of immigrants in their cases and seeing the significant impact of finances on people's cases and lives. Adina holds a J.D. and M.P.P. from Georgetown University Law Center and has been honored as Plutus Awards Finalist for Best Personal Finance Content for Underserved Communities, Fulbright Scholar, Public Interest Law Scholar, Equal Justice Works Fellow, and Strategic Impact Fund Scholarship Accredited Financial Counselor® Program awardee.

Daves is a Life Coach, podcaster and blogger who helps women, specifically moms, get their lives back by unpacking their limiting beliefs, discovering their boundaries and shedding light on their blindspots. As someone who lost herself along the journey of motherhood, she is committed to bounce moms back on their own journey towards their purpose. She's been mentoring and leading community-based practices for close to a decade. As a life coach, she provides several platforms for her audience to dig in and receive respite. Karina's podcast, "One Day At A Time", is the nexus for tips on how to have relationships, set boundaries and live your best life. In this first honorary episode, we wanted to give y'all a YESSS feel podcast all about the First Gen. experiences we all tend go through. From having entrepreneur parents, workaholism, earning an education, our careers and even discussing traveling as a First-Gen.
Maribel is a daughter of indigenous Purepecha immigrants from Michoacan, Mexico. She is the first in her family to graduate university, work in corporate America, and begin investing in the stock market! Going through life having all these firsts inspired Maribel to create her platform @ourwealthmatters to reach out to other women & immigrants to empower them to begin investing as a form of wealth building. "Not everyone is lucky to have their parents teach them about personal finance and help them get started in the stock market, so that's what our community is all about!" - Maribel Maribel posts gems in English, as well as in Spanish, to increase the reach of personal finance topics to the larger community - even to those that didn't know the personal finance community was a thing.
