The topic for today’s episode is body image and beauty standards. Three guests will be joining us, Amelia, Morgan, and Liv. Liv is a 19 year old student who, as an ED survivor,  shares her experiences on instagram and Tik Tok in the hopes of helping others who are going through something similar. Amelia and Morgan are both high school students from St. Louis and have written articles for the MIST beauty standards newsletter.
