Three-year-old Xavier Pesito (Filipino/Vietnamese) was diagnosed with Leukemia and needs a stem cell transplant to save his life. His mother, Cynthia Ngo and Aneisha and Rupal, Co-Presidents of the U of T Stem Cell Club tell us why there is a desperate need for more mixed race and non-Caucasian ethnic groups to join the stem cell registry. This episode sheds light on Xavier's journey and gives folks the details on how you can register as a donor and save a life!
