What is the Slave Master's Greatest Asset? Part: I
The term Asset is defined by Merriam-Webster as the property of a deceased person subject by law to the payment of his or her debts and legacies and the entire property of a person, association, corporation, or estate applicable or subject to the payment of debts. So, what is the Slave Master's greatest asset? What lengths will the Slave Master go to in order to keep and maintain this asset? In 1666, during the "Black Plague", London enacted the Cestui Que Vie as a method to protect its assets by moving them from the land to the sea at birth (berth) by way of registering a bond.
In this episode, I provide information about the various answers to these questions as we explore this Cestui Que Vie Act. If you were to ask me, I would say that her greatest asset is her slave. Interestingly enough, the concept of freedom is what many nations around the world claim their allegiance to. Many nations indoctrinate young minds at an early age with this oath, turning them into an object of said hope for freedom. What is the truth?

Covid and Race
According to what we have been told by the media and by experts, there are some racial implications to the #Covid-19 vaccination and death rates. In an article referenced in this episode, The New York Times stated that "The Covid death rate for white Americans has recently exceeded the rates of Black, Latino and Asian Americans." Notice the intentional lower case w in the word white and the capitalized B in Black. Covid and Race Article Link
We wonder why the things that are happening in the world right now are taking place, yet we choose to classify and divide each other. They is a #Boycott of the #SummitoftheAmericas because America chose to leave out certain nations from being invited to this conference. People are standing up and we see war ravage the land. Nation is divided against Nation, Kingdom against Kingdom, Ethnic Group against Ethnic Group. Yet, we are still astonished by the roll #Race is playing in all of this. #Massshooting is prevalent in the land, fires and famine plague the world not the mention the #disease, dis-ease in the land. #VolodymyrZelensky warned that millions would starve due #Russia blocking #Ukraine Sea ports. Sierra Leone has just 11 cases, 11, for the entire pandemic and ZERO deaths! Meanwhile, the US has over 79 Million cases and 973,000 deaths, according to the New York Times. And they are still trying to solve the mystery of why. How is it that the most advanced nation on the planet has fallen heavily at the mercy of such a time organism? How has a seemingly poor nation, by this world's standards, reported ZERO deaths for the past 3 plus years related to this global pandemic?

In this episode, I continue the investigation into the recent experience my 10-year-old son had with a person he use to call a "friend" by talking to my oldest son about the alleged Racist incident. Listen as we discuss our thoughts and feeling in real-time as we deal with the impacts of Racism. This recorded conversation came after overhearing my son say to a fellow student in his virtual classroom that he was not adding another student back to their Discord chat because they made racist comments.

The Rittenhouse Verdict and What Must Be Done!
The verdict is in and Kyle Rittenhouse has been exonerated on ALL charges. After drawing names in the selection of his jurors, he was found not guilty of all 5 counts against him. The obvious charge of possession of an illegal firearm was dismissed by the judge earlier in the week due to an issue with prosecutorial misconduct by overreaching boundaries set earlier in the trial on behalf of the prosecution. A Period of Fasting Has Been Prescribed
Al Jumu'ah, or the day of gathering, comes the day before the Sabbath. In the eastern world, this day is a day of family communion just before entering into a day of rest. As we all are impacted by a deadly virus of mankind's creation of divisions amongst ourselves, thus a pestilence is upon our land. It is incumbent upon humanity that we repent and fast, not just from water and food, but from the evils of our hearts. As the scriptures confirm according to Matthew 16:24, if we are to become the greatest that resided in each one of us, we must first deny ourselves.

What a Weekend!
This past weekend, I broke a friend's brand new MacBook Pro, covered a topless and shoeless woman walking on the interstate, and had the internet go out on me in the middle of Sunday service with a guest speaker. In spite of all of those things taking place, it was a weekend of increase! See, when you are the verge of your breakthrough, the enemy comes with all sorts of things to make you believe you are not worthy. Ezekiel 16:6 was one of my grandmother's favorite scriptures. (But I came by and saw you there, helplessly kicking about in your own blood. As you lay there, I said, ‘Live!’ Ezekiel 16:6) She would read this verse aloud whenever she had a nosebleed that wouldn't subside any other way. Soon after reading this, her nosebleed was gone! Episode XIV: Response to the Southern Baptist Convention Passing a Critical Race Theory Resolution
In the June 2019 Annual Meeting, the Southern Baptist Convention (SBC) passed Resolution 9 on Critical Race Theory and Intersectionality and there has been nothing short of division around this topic for many congregations ever since. Some have come out boldly against this resolution as the six family heads of the SBC were some of the first to do so. Shortly afterward, you saw 15 of its prominent leaders drafting a statement, later referred to as the Dallas Statement, just after the release of the open letter by these families. These leaders came up with 8 points for the church to stand on regarding this resolution, 4 of which are explored in this episode. Yet, the resolution passed with a 2/3 margin, leading to this being one of the most controversial topics in their ongoing meetings and amongst their members. One could even describe this as a dividing force amongst the denomination, no pun intended.
