As a thank you for reading, you can get a free domain from my favorite provider here. Quality host - You need a host that will be able to support all of your data and traffic demands. Mobile friendly - Your website should be mobile-friendly first since experts predict desktop websites are going extinct and Google will punish you if it isn’t. A real estate blog - Crucial for your SEO and positioning yourself as the local real estate expert. IDX - Otherwise known as an Information Data Exchange, this gives buyers the ability to explore available homes on the market. Lead capture device(s) - This can be a pop-up form or any opt-in that will help you grow your email list for marketing purposes. Choose a Provider for Web Design Many people attempt to build their website themselves because they don’t want to invest in hiring a private web designer or company. This is a huge mistake. Do not waste valuable time that you could spend growing your business, trying to learn how to be a web developer. Although you don’t always have a huge budget, you really should invest in developing a quality website above all else because it will serve as the centerpiece for all of your other marketing, digital and otherwise. l invested a bit more and hired the more professional service of MoPro for the complete design of my website. I loved how MoPro turned my website design around in less than 48 hours and seamlessly integrated all of my social media. Hire a Real Estate Content Writer The content of your website is extremely important because it will determine where you appear in search results, how much your website is worth (when you sell it), and your conversion rates. Just as you should leave the development of your website to the experts, you should leave your content strategy to an expert. A professional real estate content writer understands how to properly implement search engine optimization to get you found by Google organically. Additionally, they will be able to write copy that is more likely to create clients out of visitors to your website.

Share it to FB with hashtag #ModernRealEstateMarketing Summary of Episode 01 of Modern Real Estate Marketing Made Easy: Why Do You Need A Real Estate Marketing Budget? Honestly, there are more reasons than I could probably name. However, the first one I want to point out is the one that has been most relevant lately: you need to be ready to strike when the iron is hot. As Covid-19 ravaged the world, real estate agents responded in one of two ways: They panicked, put their head in the sand, stopped or eliminated most of their spending, and hoped for the best. Or they recognized that the cost for obtaining market share would plummet and they upped their marketing to capture all of the buyers and sellers eager to make a move immediately. Those that chose option one lost BIG time. Those that chose option two, became overnight rockstars with more clients than they can handle. You see, every time crazy things happen in the economy like a stock market crash, a recession, or even a pandemic, new opportunities are created. Do you know how some people became mega-millionaires off the real estate market during the recession? That isn’t because they pulled back! It is because they double, tripled, or 10X their marketing budget to capture the majority of the market share at the cheapest price. Over the last couple of months, I have been inundated with calls from many types of real estate companies that recognized that now is the time to go all-in on marketing but had little to no money to use for their marketing. Why? They had no marketing budget or business plan in place to act as a safety net and they missed the opportunity. However, having the ability to strike when the time is right is not the only reason you need a marketing budget in place. Understanding The 25% Rule Of Real Estate Marketing Your real estate marketing budget should act as a roadmap for all of your marketing efforts. However, if you are like most of my clients, you’re probably wondering what your marketing budget should even be. That is where the 25% rule comes in. The 25% rule states that you should allocate a minimum of 25% of the revenue you want to make towards your marketing efforts. For example, if you want to generate $100K per year in revenue, you should be allocating at least $25,000 per year to your marketing budget. Keep in mind, I’m not telling you to spend for the sake of it. Not all marketing is effective and most of it won’t give you the results you want. Everything should come from a point of strategy and if you need help establishing that strategy then you need to schedule a call with me.

How To Get Rich With A Profitable Real Estate Niche

HERE'S HOW>>>>> Fill out your copy (as best you can) of the Ideal Client Worksheet Snap a picture of it Follow me on INSTA and send the picture to me in my DM's Summary of Episode 01 of Modern Real Estate Marketing Made Easy: Would you want to go to a dentist to have your heart treated? Of course not! This is how I ask real estate agents to think about choosing their niche or ideal client, as I call them. Although many real estate agents think a niche is a buyer or seller in a certain geographical area it is actually a small, specific, and extremely well-defined segment of the market or population. I encourage you to actually think of it as a specialization as a cardiologist specializes in medicine. Identifying your ideal client does NOT mean that you won’t still receive other leads. It simply means you will gain more credibility and spend more time working with people you actually enjoy spending time with. As they say "There are riches in the niches" so today I am going to explain how to find your own niche or ideal client. Major Benefits Of Having A Real Estate Niche The more specific you become with your real estate niche, the more opportunity you have to be seen as an expert. Unlike those that try to chase after anyone willing to give them a chance, when you choose your narrow niche you will have the chance to develop and demonstrate your wealth of knowledge to the people you most enjoy working with. The Big Benefits Of Choosing Your Real Estate Niche: Stand out from the competition Focus your networking Better ROI on your marketing efforts You become seen as THE expert Your branding and messaging becomes clear Reverse-Engineer Yourself One of the biggest reasons that I chose to be a real estate copywriter (rather than any other industry) is that I wanted to help as many agents as possible realize that they can have complete power in this business. In other words, you have the right as a real estate business owner to work with people that you actually enjoy working with. When I am coaching my clients to help them find their real estate niche, I always encourage them to start by thinking about themselves first. Take a hard and truthful look at yourself, your personality, the people you surround yourself with in your personal life, and your personal preferences. For example, if you are easy-going and prefer to be around people that are also easy-going it would not make any sense for you to target the luxury market because those clients are typically very high-maintenance and demanding. Forget The Past Don't choose your real estate niche because someone said you should or because those just happen to be the people that hired you in the past. This is your chance to pave your own way - don't waste it!
