Woman often carry a heavy weight in this world and that only increases when we become mothers.  Alexandra Skinner Walsh is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based out of Iowa. She is the founder of The M.A.D. Therapy office.  On this episode we discuss breaking the stigmas of motherhood. What if we could rewrite the story we've been given? What if we could accept that as mothers, we can't "do it all", and that's ok! The importance of this episode is not only get the experts advice but to hear from her as a mother.  We are all doing the best that can we can and that is all that we need to do.  Be kind to yourself and have realistic expectations as a mother, as a woman and as a human. COVID-19 Vaccine Explained- Is it Safe, Effective, Side Effects, Pregnancy, Breastfeeding.
We live in a day of having information at our finger tips. Unfortunately, that includes a lot of misinformation.  I started to notice there is more fear and hesitation surrounding the COVID-19 vaccine than the virus itself.  I partnered with Dr. Lokey, who I have known for many years, to deliver the facts.  She is a pediatrician who works for a large hospital group. More importantly, she is a fellow momma. This vaccine has been well studied and you may be surprised when you hear Dr. Lokey mention how long it's been in the works. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Find me on Social~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~  ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Podcast ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Have you ever did a self time evaluation, how are you spending your time? How do you define self care, is it a big event that takes hours and a babysitter? What if we told you it's more simple than that?
