The host, Coach Alan DeRitter, is the Head Soccer Coach at De La Salle High School in New Orleans for the Boys and Girls programs and is also the Director of Coaching for Soccer Innovations of America, Inc. With 38 years of coaching, he catches the perspectives of the issues surrounding youth soccer not only from an administrator's point of view but is keenly aware of the issues faced by the rank and file in the trenches.
