Dismantling Toxic Filipino Traits with Queer Filipino-American Activist Kalaya'an Mendoza
In the 1st episode of Chica with Monica I have Kalaya'an Mendoza as my guest, and we talk about everything from positive representation, to anti-blackness to learning about ways to amplify minority voices in the United States. We also answer some of the questions we had in the Instagram livestream. Find Kalaya'an Mendoza on Twitter or Instagram @KalaMendoza along with his organization acrossfrontlines.org. Maraming salamat (Thank you so much) for listening and Mabuhay!
