E19: Scott Malcolm Part 2- What Do You Want & What Do You Need?
Episode 19 of the More Than Backpacking Podcast is part 2 with Sports Psychologist and my friend Scott Malcolm. It is a great insight into what he has learned at his time in Georgia Southern University & how he looks at his passion of sport and psychology.
We talk about how to transfer sports psychology to all aspects of life including talking to girls and pushing yourself out of your comfort zone!
Please share this with somebody if you think they may be interested in this. It is a valuable conversation for lot of people who might not understand what it entails. & if you like it, let me know via Instagram @doneill05 or @JustThreeAmigos

E18: Sports Psychologist Scott Malcom Part 1: Seeing Psychology As A Key Part Of Improvement
Episode 18 of the More Than Backpacking Podcast is with an old friend of mine Scott Malcom who is now an aspiring Sports Pscyhologist at Georgia Southern University. We worked together at Camp Winaukee, a summer camp for boys in the US, and since then have not made much time to catch up. So we decided to have a big catch up and talk all things comfort zones, backpacking, sports & sports psychology. Scott is a great guy, one of the most disciplined guys I know and a hard worker which I think you can hear from this episode. He is loving his work despite long days, because he is passionate about what he is doing, and he is always trying to improve himself and his life. It was great to catch up with Scott, and stay tuned next week for Part 2 where we speak about expanding comfort zones and applying it in all areas of life. Don't forget to follow me on Instagram @doneill05 and the Amigos @JustThreeAmigos to stay up to date with the podcast and the our projects all over the world. Gracias Adios!
