The French Angel of Death - January 20 2020 - Today in True Crime History
There has been the argument for and against assisted suicide and euthanasia. Both sides bring valid points to the table and most have their own opinion on the matter. Some countries have added laws allowing terminally ill patients to seek ways to end their lives but others, like France in early 2000, are still steadfastly against the matter. On January 20th 2003, a trial began that re-sparked the argument when a woman claimed to have killed 30 or more of her terminally ill patients. Was Christine Malevre a murderer who got twisted enjoyment ending the lives of the sick, or was she simply a nurse who was overcome with compassion. Hearing Murderous Voices - January 19 2020 - Today in True Crime History
Every once and awhile, we get that little voice in our heads, especially when angry, that states “I’m going to kill them!”. But, as we know, it’s just a reaction to our anger. On January 19th 2010 a man plagued with voices in his head acted upon its demands and left 8 dead and led police in an 18 hour stand off. Could A Head Injury Create A Killer? - January 17 2020 - Today in True Crime History
Not all serial killers come from a bad family. Sometimes, like Vasiliy Kulik who was born on January 17th 1956 and arrested on the same date exactly 30 years later, they come from families that are highly respected, well educated, and financially stable. So, what makes these men and women change so drastically from the environment they are raised in? Well, in this case in particular, it’s the age old blame...a head injury.
